I was given…read morea few names from my wonderful dentist, so I chose Dr Sisto since he was the closest and 5 star reviews. Take heed of the negative ones. My experience was the worst. Took a couple months to get an appointment, some lame excuse that " school was out". The "consultation" took 5 minutes, which included the dr coming in, no hello, just jammed his fingers in my mouth and told the nurse to get xrays. Popped in after xrays "gotta pull the teeth". No rundown, no explanation. Just walked out. Nurse came in with papers to sign and was whisked out to make another appt. a good month out. Day of surgery was horrendous. while drawing blood, the rubber cap came off one of the vials, he dropped one of them, yes, srill used them. One of the 3 extractions (only expected 2) he was pulling so hard, I was coming out of the chair. I had to hold on so I didnt fall out. He was also yanking vigorously side to side my brain was rattling. Once done, shoved a bunch of gauze in my mouth and walked out, on to the next patient. No recovery time t gather my wits, etc. Nurse gave me care instructions and told me to make appt to check stitches. When i saw him then, I asked why he pulled 3 and not 2, he said I had an abscess. Umm, antibiorics? He dismissed me and said it would just come back, and you signed the papers. sWhen it came time to remove the stitches, no hello again, just started at my mouth. No numbing the area, just painfully ripped out stitches. Wow. He has such a heavy hand. Shoved more gauze in my mouth as I was bleeding pretty good, and told to make an appointment for implants. Yeah right. Ill find another Dr!

Across three procedures from 2021 to 2025, after reviewing the history of my account, I was quoted a lower price each time and then billed more after the procedures were done. They blamed the insurance and the app they use to estimate, but the fact is they don't do pre-authorization for their quotes. For my recent procedure in 2025, they failed to disclose a prior denial for the same code and same tooth from 2021, yet still gave me a quote that was wrong and later told me the insurance "unexpectedly declined" the same code. They also pre-charged me before insurance finished processing, without my consent, which broke their own policy and added confusion to the bill. This left me questioning whether they already anticipated there would be a remaining balance - otherwise, the pre-charge and refund back doesn't make any sense. When I reviewed the documents they sent me, I also found another patient's EOB in my file. Overall, this office shows a pattern of low quoting followed by higher bills, lacks transparency in billing, and fails to safeguard patient privacy. If this is their standard practice, I can only imagine how many patients may have ended up with the same experience I had.

Their staff estimated my service to be $2000+ for a tooth extraction, for which they estimated my insurance would pay half the amount, leaving my responsibility to be $1061.00. to which I paid before I left the premise. A month or two later, I received a bill for $1076.50 - the amount my insurance denied. Looking back, I realized I was naive and they manipulated the situation. I thought they would be accurate by merit that Dr. Jodhan's was a professional organization, that their estimates were accurate based on experience. It was after they put my apron for surgery was put that that said I needed to confirm. I assumed that because they were professionals, I might be obligated to pay $100-200. Also, when though the estimated included a tooth graft, they have the recommendation again - thinking back they knew it was optional all along! $1000+ is a huge amount. Knowing that the insurance company pays a substantially lesser amount than the listed price. And their estimate was way off. I called to discuss a mutually responsible settlement. After ignoring 5+ calls, Dr. Nikisha Jodhan instructed that I could pay the full amount with a payment plan. I find her actions to be irresponsive, manipulative, and misleading--which will cost me $1000+ more than I expected She offered a payment plan after I declared to publicize my experience. I am setting up the payment plan, and I plan to share my experience. I have sent her a similar email--continuing to request discussion. She has not responded. The bridge was old and vulnerable, I was worried and asked Dr Gilbert if he could do the root canal surgery by going through my gum instead of the teeth in the bridge. The doctor even had the latest equipment to control the speed/flow of my Novocaine injections so they would not hurt. Very quick and painless, the recovery went without any issues. Dr. Dumanis has a very high level of integrity and professionalism. He is a very skilled doctor! He is super straightforward and informative about the exact condition and the treatment options. His main priority is the patient's wellbeing and the first thing he did was to outweigh the risks vs benefits in my case which is very high risk and very complicated. I can't stop counting my blessings for finding this clinic. All doctors working there are real gurus of the oral surgery! ***************************************************************** Finding this oral surgery clinic was a real blessing for me. When I first walked in, it looked a little creepy because it is old clinic but this is because they have been there for long time which means that they are very experienced. I had an oral surgery done by Dr. Isaacson back then in November 2018. He had to remove a cyst from my jaw and a deep impacted wisdom tooth. Dr. Isaacson did excellent job! The surgery was very complicated and there was a very high risk of getting permanent nerve damage. Prior to meeting Dr. Isaacson I had met a surgeon from a different clinic who even didn't want to remove my cyst and the wisdom tooth due to the difficulty of the surgery and the risks coming with it so he offered different treatment. I chose to do a surgery with Dr. Isaacson because when I spoke with him I could tell that he is vey experienced, he knows exactly what he's doing and he's done it many times. I forgot the name of the nurse who assisted in the surgery but she was the nicest person I have ever met. I was literally shaking of fear while she was preparing me for the surgery and when she noticed, she held my hand and she told me a funny story from a recent trip in trying to help me relax. The same day after the surgery Dr. Isaacson followed up with over the phone me to check if I'm doing alright. It was Friday and they are closed during the weekend so on Monday in the morning he called me for a second time to make sure I am ok. I couldn't be happier that I chose this clinic and specifically Dr. Isaacson! It is very pricey when you don't have insurance but every penny worths the excellent work. I am 36 years old and I was scared to death that I might get permanent damages that I will carry for the rest of my life but Dr. Isaacson did a great job! I am so very happy that I trusted Dr. Isaacson that I can't express my gratitude. I highly recommend this clinic and all of their surgeons but I recommend specifically Dr. Isaacson because he did my surgery and I know that he is a great surgeon. I have three more deep impacted wisdom teeth to remove and I am looking forward to have all of them removed by Dr. Isaacson.
