He looked at my teeth at a glance for like 1 minute, chatted about his life for the other 2 minutes during the time he saw me (about 3 minutes at maximum), and rushed out of his office to do his other things. I doubt he even looked at my X-ray, even if that happened, it was a brief look. The staff who does the X-ray was nice and caring. The staff answering calls and make schedules was not as professional or caring. They said they'll call you for scheduling, but you'd have to proactively call by yourself otherwise scheduling not happening. The poor reviews mean a lot, read reviews and take them seriously before you go.
