Seating was comfortable and it was spacious and quiet enough to hold a conversation at a normal volume. Now, to get to the good stuff: I went for the Gorgonzola pizza, and my friend went for the spicy Sausage pizza. I went for the Gorgonzola pizza because it sounded pretty interesting- pears, honey and walnuts as toppings, but I was pleasantly surprised by the bouquet of flavours and textures from the combination. There was the aroma, saltiness and chewiness from the Gorgonzola, coupled with the sweet, tender pear, the crunch of the walnuts, and the subtle sweetness from a light addition of honey. I admittedly had a bit of a cold when I had it, but the flavour profile that it left was still memorable nonetheless. I also grabbed a slice of my buddy's spicy sausage pizza and that was good too! A nice rich tomato sauce along with a flavourful spicy sausage with just the right amount of toughness. I'd also add that both pizzas had a good crust- thin, but not soggy, and without a crunch to them. The doughnuts were good too- fantastic mix of fragrances, from cinnamon, to Earl Grey, to the scent of freshly made doughnuts. It was a great way to end the meal. I ought to come back again.

Pre-COVID, it was…read moreglorious with endless selection of high quality seafood and meat, I remember Peking Duck, suckling pig, prime rib rack, Paella and many more. Post-COVID, it's gotten worse year over year and now that Nicholini is closed, the buffet no longer stretches across the entire floor, it's limited to just Brasserie. The restaurant was packed to the gills pre-COVID but now only a handful of tables were occupied while we were there. Gone is the unlimited lobster, shrimp and other seafood and instead you'll get a platter with one of each and if you want oysters, you have to pay a surcharge of US$4 per piece. There's no longer a carving station and instead they put out a braised beef stew and another low quality item I can't even remember. The sushi/sashimi station is also gone and instead you'll get a pre-assembled fish bite of some kind. The live pasta station is still there but with mediocre selection, it's good but not something you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The rest of the buffet is just so sad with very limited and low quality selections, there's a tuna fish salad on offer, need I say more? They're also stingy with their champagne, we had to ask for a refill a couple of times and they stopped pouring half an hour before closing. We've given this restaurant more chances than it deserves and this time we're saying goodbye to them for good. For the price that we paid which was over US$150 per person, there're better choices out there.

This is my favorite steak place in HK so far…read more I ordered a M9 Rib eye steak with steamed rice and sautéed spinach. The M9 Steak tastes amazing. The steak was very tender and juicy, making every bite melting in your mouth. Also, the steak had a good amount of salt, not needing to add more salt unlike most steak places I've tried. The steak had a good meat to fat ratio. The spinach was sautéed with garlic. The spinach had a very strong and delicious garlic flavor plus the perfect amount of salt and juiciness. Worth to try. Also, although the rice was just simple and steamed, the rice tasted good and it wasn't over cooked. The seating area was nice and had a nice outside view. Although the price may seem pricy, the food quality was totally worth it. Overall, very delicious meal and will come again to possibly try another dish. 10/10

I've been here a hand full of times during my visits to HK, and I must say...they served the BEST chicken caesar salad I've ever tasted (and I'm from America). It was just so good. I've tried numerous items on their menu (the dinner specials are always changing), so I can't exactly pinpoint what people should try. But eveything I've tried is pretty delicious. It's sort of Asian, French, American fusion foods? And for the amount of food you get with the dinner specials, I say it's definitely worth a visit. The interior design and food presentation is on point.

The pasta, bratwurst , escargots, pastas, pork knuckles, all the way to the apple strudel...all of it really blew me away ! They really use top notch ingredients and you can see the love in each dish. And the best part of all? We used a Groupon for a 4-person set dinner so it was a bargain. Go Fass! I hope this place blows up. *friendly reminder: the service would be the only thing I have some quelms about.. But I get that it's rather typical of HK. There's definitely room for improvement there.

Combine that with food and you're onto a winner. The servers I have to say, are a little slow, but this might be due to the fact we were sat at the furthest booth from the bar, but they were friendly enough (and the only restaurant in HK I've been to where they're not chasing you to pay the bill as soon as they give it to you). I ordered sausages (nunberger, I think that's how it's spelt) that came with side of the creamiest mash potato I've ever had, sauerkraut, mustard and gravy. All in all a delicious meal. My friend's meals on the other hand weren't as delectable as I would have hoped (chicken schnitzel and a beef goulash) so safe bet, have a sausage. For dessert, have the strudel. Seriously... But if possible, share it with your dining buddy. That bad boy creeps up on your happy full tummy quickly!

They do not have a wide selection of menu but all the price are very reasonable. For $100, you can have a soup and main. And all the dishes there is around $100 and the portion is very big enough for 2 people. We ordered 2 sets(fish and fries & Roasted rice with cream sauce), and 2 al carte from the menu (snacks platter & assorted steak). Definitely recommend the fish and fries, the fish are fried perfectly, and size are at least 20cm by 10 cm! We are all impressed with this great deal! And the snack flatter are in great portion(at least 20 pieces of everything) and we got all very excited. Even though it's all sausages, potatoes fedges, onion rings, deep fried curry, stuffed Crab Claw and it's out of my healthy rating, this is just very nicely plated and great taste. I saved some space for dessert and ordered waffle with green tea ice-cream, waffle are freshly made and yes, I do love it. The bill is only $750 for 4 and I am so full after all!
