I rarely write yelp reviews- but have had such a good experience working with Ellen at Ocean View…read moretravel that I really want to recommend her services to everyone! I travel often for work and occasionally coordinate large international group visits to the US. Ellen has helped me overcome every possible challenging travel situation with patience and skill: "The 14 person group won't learn who is granted a visa to travel or not until 3 days before our trip" "These two passengers want to visit an uncle after the group agenda" "I need to visit these 4 remote places in 4 countries on a tight schedule" and the list goes on. I book all of my work travel arrangements through Ellen. Her expertise saves me countless hours and is truly a good value.

THT was used as an intermediary when my university was booking a study abroad trip. I knew when…read morebooking through a third party that there was gonna be an up charge for tickets and I was okay with that. Later found out was charged nearly double the going rates for tickets on the exact same flight through the exact same airlines. THT Booked NONREFUNDABLE tickets for twice the price of what a refundable ticket on the same flight cost. Which did not include any transportation to the airport or from the airport. Only for the flight. When confronted Ms Lama, stated the tickets were nonrefundable and said their would be a cancelation fee, funny enough with the $250 cancellation fee and her $100 service fee, if I canceled and rebooked I still would've saved over $100. Furthermore Ms.Lama spelled multiple students names wrong on the initial reservation and had to be fixed and checked. She made reservations and called and texted multiple students demanding credit card payments that day or we would lose the reservation. Overall part of the blame is on me for not doing my diligence and looking at tickets myself, part of the blame on the university for going through such a shady business. - upon further conference with other people who went on different study abroad trips shared similar experience when dealing with THT and Ms.Lama. Nonetheless would never recommend this business whether if it's a trip to Bhutan or a Uber to the closet bar. Hundreds of better options when looking for travel agency's.

DISGUSTING HOTEL and AREA! Hotel Santo Tomas is NOT a 3-star…read morehotel by any stretch of the imagination, it is 1.5 stars AT BEST. It is located in a shanty and very dangerous part of town. Because of that, the hotel's main entrance is heavily gated with thick metal bars all the way to the roof and looks like a jail. This of course is not shown in any of its advertising photos. I have NEVER seen nor heard of a 3-star hotel (or any hotel) with metal bars in its entrance The room we stayed in, although an upgrade from economy rooms, was also unacceptable: Deeply scratched walls, dirty worn out carpets, dust everywhere, broken inside door-latch, totally broken door handle that fell off, huge stains on its curtains and chair, and fleas! This was the only room in the hotel with air-conditioning, although the hotel is located in the Tropics. Its manager Marcos is not a person to be trusted. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone stay in that area and especially in this "hotel" Santo Tomas. I had to get my money back from the credit card for the booking because Marcos did not allow us to stay after I had complained about the hotel even though we had already paid for the room. I want to write much more sharp words and in great detail about this "hotel", but unfortunately the Search Engine does not allow me.

I am so amazed with the service that this couple has provided me and my friends/co workers…read morethroughout our cruise trip last year in Ensenada CA. Lori and Milan were super professional, organized, and easy to work with. They made sure that our trip was stress-free. From booking to the last minute of our trip, they made it super easy for us, no hassle! Lori was very accommodating. She will go find fun stuff for us to do (like excursions) without breaking our budgets. They updated us even before and after we arrived in Mexico, Lori was attentive and checked on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking and was willing to do whatever to make sure we had an amazing trip. This was my very first cruise trip. I could say I had a blast and I am glad that I found Lori and Milan as my agents. They will make the impossible possible without breaking your budget. I'm looking forward to booking my adventure with them again. I gave this agency 5 STARS ***** because they made my cruise travel UNFORGETTABLE!!! I recommend Lori and Milan 100% you will love them. They will treat you like a Family. Awesome job

I invited myself to a a friend's family vacation (thank god they were excited to have us join! ). The trip was fast approaching (I mean within 2-3 weeks). I was referred to Karen and within an hour or two, we had an all inclusive resort on the beach set for a family of four!! Not only that, she got us to stay at the same place as our friend along with all transportation included for both families (we did everything together). Prior to leaving the country, Karen sent important details and reminders to ensure smooth sailing (or flying) which was extremely helpful given covid restrictions. She checked in on us during our stay as well as before traveling back home. There were some mix ups during the travel BUT Karen continued to help fix any and all issues that we encountered right away even with the time difference. It was almost as if she were right there with us. I have never used a travel agent let alone post a review on Yelp. However, it should be know that Karen is an excellent agent and works extremely hard to ensure your vacation will be one to remember (of course in a good way). I highly recommend her for your travel needs! Thank you Karen!

By way of background, let me offer the following:…read more On a regular basis and as part of our company's business development efforts, we must provide for our client's transportation to and from our offices, as well as to other destinations in the Bay Area. Most of our clients are executives in the Fortune 500, and are not only extremely busy but have expectations near perfection, as you can well imagine! In providing for their logistic needs, no other company comes even close to RLM Executive, in timely service, professional chauffeurs, classy and superbly maintained automobiles, and the best reflection of our own company. I dare not ever use any other company out of fear of losing a potential customer. RLM has provided us with many dozens of service calls, with almost all resulting in our clients' complementing RLM. They know best, as they have all been in hundreds of chauffeured rides in their careers!

RLM is a boutique car service that has broken the mold for private car personal transportation…read more Besides the best customer service in the Bay Area car services (trust me, I know! been using the big services for 12 years like Carey, Empire, CLS), they have also invested in top-tier luxury sedans, many of those are hybrid (Mercedez, Audi, BMW, Escalade). RLM drivers are professional and excellent at getting us safely to and from. And it's not just for business use. We have been using them for evening transportation when wanting to be carefree about having wine with dinner and no driving later under the influence. Special events are always less stressful when they are handling the driving and we are not struggling with parking. We are always less stressed departing and returning form the airport when we opt for RLM. They are surprisingly affordable all things considered. RLM is also OWNER-OPERATED and that is the key to their exceptional customer service..... When was the last time an owner of a car service called you to check in on your satisfaction? Well, get used t it with RLM because their Owner is hands-on. Also, we recently hosted the Venerable Palden Gyatso for his Bay Area teaching tour and RLM not only drive Lama Gyatso safely during a week's tour, but the drivers were reading his book, as well as having been informed of his background by RLM's owner before they drive him. I simply can't recommend them highly enough.
