There was a point in my life when even getting through normal daily life felt incredibly hard. I didn't fully realize at the time how much trauma I was carrying, but it was affecting everything. Working with Jacqui ended up being one of the most important steps in helping me get my life back. Through her energy healing and trauma work, Jacquis helped me begin to process and release things I had been holding onto for years. What I appreciate most is that she doesn't just focus on easing anxiety or fears--though she absolutely helped me with those. She also helps you understand yourself more deeply and grow as a person. She creates a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen, which makes it possible to be honest and start healing in a real way. I'm deeply grateful for the care, patience, and insight she brings to her work. Her support made a real difference in my life, and I honestly don't know where I would be without the healing and guidance she gave me.

A lot of work...a lot of stuff....but the physical release of decades of stored "stuff" as a result of our work has been nothing short of incredible. Working with Jacqui opened a pathway to finally find truth, and the authentic "me" after decades of believing what I was taught to believe.  In seeking truth, I'm continuing to discover that I don't have to go far...everything I look for already exists inside of me.  And...all via telehealth. It works. It's working. I'm beyond grateful.

Super sweet front desk staff. Highly recommend!! (P.S. I saw a reviewer mention billing issues. The billing policy is the same you see with other providers. A 24-hour cancellation policy is pretty standard, so no surprises here. When you make an appointment, it keeps someone else from booking that time even if you don't show up.) Also, a heads up that I believe there are two counseling centers named "Insight" near each other, so make sure you are contacting "Insight Therapeutic and Wellness Solutions" when you call for an appointment.

She helped me to fix my sleeping disorder and in general to bring more peace into my life. I visited her new location and is also very nice. Unfortunately I moved out of state and can't visit Positive Spiral Hypnosis anymore, but I try to stop by when I'm in town.
