Eagle Trace Spine & Sport Chiropractic has been a huge blessing to me! A friend of mine referred me…read moreto Dr. Jeff and she couldn't say enough good things about his expertise and his clinic. I haven't had the best experience with chiropractors in the past. One chiropractor I went to,after a car accident injury, would crack every bone in my neck and back and say "see you next week!" without explaining anything to me. I ended up with tension headaches every time after each visit- $110 per visit Another chiropractor turned on some calming music and and held his hands over my body, where I felt pain, then would lightly stretch the area ... maybe I'd feel a crack w a small release of pressure, and then he would send me on my way and say see you next week. $90 per visit. Dr Jeff introduced himself to me and explained his areas of expertise. (His walls are filled w diplomas, certificates of completion and awards - in his x-ray room) He took x-rays of my neck and spine. He thoroughly explained my x-rays to me and told me what was needed to be done if I wanted to correct my neck. My palms got clammy once I saw what was wrong with my neck and finally realized why I had been having pain .. but a big part of the clamming was because I thought that it was going to cost me lots of $$$ in order to feel better and correct my neck and spine. Eagle Trace Spine & Sport accepts most insurance policies. Dr. Jeff also cares for his patients and is willing to work out some sort of plan with you in order for you to be able to have the help and care you need to get on track. Dr Jeff focuses of the vertebrae that are the issue... he targets the pain and gives you stretches along with exercises to do at home on your own in order to correct the issue. Dr Jeff doesn't adjust the vertebrae that don't need adjusting. Eagle Trace Spine & Sport is a very clean clinic. Top Notch Equipment and stretching machines. It has never been a problem for me to schedule an appointment. They are very professional and I highly recommend Dr Jeff to anyone that has any sort of neck or spine discomfort and would like to feel better! Everyone I have referred, since my friend referred me, has thanked me! I hope this Yelp review will help you in making your decision! ;) You won't regret it. Shannon Romnes

Now, thanks these people I have been stuck in a bed for almost two weeks, It is very unpleasant to see how such a big mistake by imposing another "professional" on me without my prior consent has affected my health to this point, it shows a lot of lack of respect for the time, trust and money that I invested in this place to improve my health and they end up hurting me.

The initial therapies with him resulted in some improvement, but regrettably, the progress was short-lived. I decided to put my Nucca treatments on hold, so I contacted Dr. Erhardt to inquire about receiving a refund for the remaining balance on my account. He agreed. The credit was promised, but months passed with a series of excuses. It would have been nice if he had been honest and transparent with his refund policy. Despite not getting a refund, I proceeded to see him, as the adjustments provided some relief. I also wanted to continue because I had recently purchased a package. The moment that made me realize he lacked compassion was when I reached out to him about my back pain. I wanted to see him for an adjustment before leaving for out of town. I reached out via text to inquire about scheduling an appointment. He replied, "You were in alignment yesterday. I don't think you will be out today unless you messed yourself up." I brought up this text to him in December 2023, and he dismissed it as lighthearted banter. In the same month, he suddenly ignored my attempts to see him. Update: On January 30, 2024, I received a text message from Dr. Erhardt inquiring about my well-being. Are you serious? It's been over a month without any response, and now he's contacting me. I reached out to him after he made contact, expressing my frustration about investing a whole year of care with him, only to have him suddenly stop all contact with me. He said he takes all the blame for getting distracted and failing to return my calls. I believe he contacted me because of a review I had written. A few patient reviews on his Facebook page from December 2023 show that he was not distracted. He doesn't care about my well-being, only his reputation. The appointment scheduling at Reconnection Chiropractic needs significant improvement too. I called Dr. Erhardt's office for a same-day appointment and promptly left a voicemail at 9 am on several different occasions. He would wait until the end of the day and text me a sudden response, saying he had an appointment in twenty minutes. This would require me to drop everything and quickly rush from St. Paul to Woodbury. I found this very stressful. Looking back at my time with Dr. Aaron, it's clear that he had no intention of continuing the doctor-patient relationship with me and wanted to make my interaction with him difficult so I would go away. Well done, Dr. Aaron!

In fact, they never greet you with a smile, or a kind word, and almost always seem *bothered by whatever interaction they have to have with patients. Scheduling a follow up appointment for a minor surgery felt like a surgery in and of itself, and painful. The woman with the blonde and fading pink bob, was so unkind and had a major attitude when 'helping' me schedule my surgery. For this reason I will avoid the Eden Prairie location at all costs. I left feeling awful. The anticipation of my upcoming surgery, wasn't made any less unpleasant by the lack of empathy or compassion from the front desk staff. Which is sad, considering it is a first and last point of contact at the clinic. Incredibly disappointing, especially when the doctor and her assistant are so awesome. I will definitely pass this information along to them next time I'm in.
