But if you're going to be a front desk receptionist and have a god complex then you better do your job correctly otherwise just go work for the government if you don't want to work or get new business especially from someone who will pay out of pocket and have no issues with bills. I understand it's hard to hire and retain good staff in America, so if termination of Mariah's employment is not a viable option, additional paid and unpaid training would be my recommendation for her. Or she can fetch coffee and use compressed air to clean dust out of the keyboards for the rest of the staff to do their work.
