(If you do, you're a rare bird, and an odd one. Cherish that) I had requested quotes from six area automotive businesses before settling on Burgduff's because it had the best replacement pricing of all of them for a full tire replacement. The man on the phone quoted me both a price for the most economical tires and another brand that may have longer road warranty. They also let me know that, if I wanted to move forward with an additional service I needed, they wouldn't charge me extra labor. (AWESOME). When I brought my van in the next day, the shop looked it over, and informed that I had requested the wrong tire size. This was completely not at the fault of the business; this was all me. That being said, the shop told me not to worry. They would get a same-day order in and still have my vehicle to me that day as promised. (Again - it was 100% my fault this happened, but THEY took the initiative to fix the issue...kudos!) The replacement tires were in by 1:00pm and he got them on and done by 2:00pm. The tires ended up costing more because I needed a larger size but the shop did reassure me that - if I was quoting everyone at the size I emailed - they all were probably going to be higher. He gave me the best price possible (which was still quite fair) and made sure they were of the same quality as the ones I was quoted. Excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your tire replacements. I had used them in the past to get a cheap used tire for a car, but this was my first time get a full set of brand new tires. The service was fantastic. The shop keeper was honest and confident in his work. He also was willing to rush a quick turnaround for a mistake I had made; which is above and beyond in my opinion! The only reason this place is given 4-stars is because the shop itself is kind of a mess and hard to maneuver both inside and out. Additionally, they don't have all the tires available 'in-shop' but - as we can tell - they try to move quickly when a customer needs a size they do not carry.

I literally googled the closest tire place and drove straight there, hoping that we'd make it before I lost all tire pressure. I was in tears, somewhere I have no clue about where to go for tire help and no idea what I even needed, aside from needing to get home, plus I had my five year old with me. Unpleasant all around and this random tire place looked terrifying. But I was wrong. Cody, the owner was kind and reassuring. My tire ended up having a bulge and needed to be replaced. He ended up finding me a used tire, snuck me in during a very busy day for him and I was back on the road in an hour for about $60. Did not get murdered. Seriously, I couldn't be more thankful and impressed.

They diagnosed that my tire pressure sensor wasn't actually broken and just needed to be recalibrated. They filled my tires, recalibrated the sensors, and added extra sealing and didn't charge me anything! I appreciated their honesty and responsiveness.

Me and my dad replaced all speakers in the vehicle after I purchased it, I've had them for years and they worked just fine. The speakers are built to support heavy base and high decibels, my speaker would not sound how it does today if I did not take my vehicle to campus garage. Furthermore, a couple years ago I took my vehicle to campus garage because it was leaking oil. They told me my radiator was busted and needed replacing immediately, not true. Antifreeze is green oil is not green. (The misdiagnosis was confirmed incorrect by the dealership). I should've known to not to take my vehicle there again no matter how much time has passed. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 8 AM, which was scheduled the previous Wednesday. I requested…read morea tire rotation, a front and rear wheel alignment, and a flush of the A/C drain unit. I was told to expect my vehicle to be restored within a few hours. Five hours passed, and I called CarX asking about the status of my vehicle. I was told: "Your A/C was fixed and running perfectly, the front alignment is complete, we're working on the rear alignment." I was also told that minimal time was needed to resolve the remaining issues. 3.5 hours had passed, and I contacted CarX again. The mechanic said they needed 30 minutes and that the car would be complete, so I commuted to the shop. I was told the mechanic was having an issue with a rear alignment bolt and given the option to take my vehicle because I had work. At that point, I took my vehicle because if they wanted to fix it, they had 8.5 hours to do so. I was told to bring my car back so the work can be completed. My vehicle will never visit CarX again. Upon receiving my vehicle, I immediately turned on my A/C, it did not work, and my front wheel alignment was still faulty. They did not rotate my tires, they did not complete the rear wheel alignment, and they did not flush the A/C drain unit. My car was the same condition when I dropped it off that morning. It sucks because I was told these things were complete. I do not recommend CarX. I pray the mechanics are truthful with all clients and complete the work they say they will do. It is neither right nor fun to drive 6+ hours with NO A/C during the hottest time of year. I trusted CarX, and I was let down.

When I arrived, one of the employees was engaged in conversation with a couple...to me, a green flag that they value their client base and people return. I will be as well. I was sent a report on my car's condition, with incontrovertible proof of my transmission fluid needing replacement. That wasn't what I had come in for, but they quickly earned my confidence. Even more quickly, my car was returned to me- new coolant reservoir and new transmission fluid. In the mean time, they had kept excellent communication. I am now loyal to 'my' auto shop.

Summary at the end…read more Went to Ron's to drop my truck off for an alignment and to take the strut spacers off. Ron's told my husband they would have to charge for an inspection (don't remember getting a price), the alignment was going to be about $100, and we didn't get a price on taking the strut spacers off. We get a call later in the day saying the alignment is done and it's as aligned as it's going to get and it's going to be $170 for the alignment and that they didn't take the spacers off because it was going to be $1000 to remove the spacers. To better assist customers, they should have called us before doing the alignment if they knew or even had a hunch they wouldn't be taking the spacers off. We were told they were going to charge us 170$ plus $140 for inspection. On top of that, we have to get a new alignment after getting our spacers off since you're supposed to take spacers off first. In hindsight, we should have read yelp reviews instead of Google reviews because there were reviews of people with similar experiences. So we took my truck to Trickles and they quoted us about 600 for the strut spacers and the new alignment. We went back to Ron's and told them our situation hoping they would be understanding and they said they'll only charge us for the inspection so they charged us $147. We were also informed at the checkout process that they weren't familiar with spacers/lift kits on ford trucks, which is fine, but I just wish we would have known that before dropping our keys off with them. I'm just very disappointed in the lack of communication because we didn't need the work they did if they weren't going to take the strut spacers off. I wish we were told before they proceeded with the repairs. Summary: They should have called us after the inspection and told us the combined cost of the strut spacer removal AND the alignment. Instead they did just the alignment even though we'll have to get another one after strut spacers are removed. I give it three stars because I appreciate not having to pay for the alignment but I did not have a good time, definitely didn't want to pay $147 just to have to take my truck somewhere else. The alignment and inspection is reasonably priced if you're not getting it for no reason.
