They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. The wood siding had lead but his company is lead-safe certified (you'll be surprised how few contractors actually are - make sure you check their accreditation from DOL) and did a very careful job of removing the wood layer . This was important to us since we had young kids. Most importantly, I felt like Greg is trustworthy and does what he says he will. The contract laid everything out clearly and he completed everything we discussed in a timely manner and the end results were excellent. We've received many compliments from our neighbors!
