I am taking the time to post a positive review for Applied Roofing as I truly believe they are special and unique. My wife and I lived in Grafton MA years ago and we experienced a tremendous hail storm. It was so bad that the hail destroyed our skylights and our roof. I ended up doing a bunch of research and Applied Roofing continually came up as a good company. I ended up having them come to our house to asses the damage and provide an estimate. (I also did this with two other companies.) In the end, I went with Applied and was really pleased that I did. Applied Roofing did an amazing job. They dispatched a crew that clearly cared about the work that they did, they took their time to do a great job and when the job was done, there wasn't a nail or piece of shingle left behind. In fact, three weeks after the job was done, I received a call from one of their crew, asking me if they could come back and take a look. I later learned that there was one shingle that wasn't sitting properly and they wanted to come back to address it. We then moved to Webster and needed a roof on our new - old house. I called on Applied again and they did an another amazing job. Again, I don't know the owners. This is an independent review from someone who doesn't take the time to provide a review. I do believe that Applied Roofing is special and unique and wanted to share my experience.

That decision turned out to be one of the best moves I've made so far. The experience started with their on-site consultation (BD) which was extremely thorough. The rep carefully documented every single one of my needs/preferences and quickly turned around a draft 3D rendering of the proposed siding, which allowed me to visualize the project and modify things that didn't quite suit the house, etc. Later the rendering served as an invaluable reference for tracking progress towards accurate installation of the siding and trim. Once we launched the project, the team started a group chat, including the entire core team (BD, project manager, and the owner), so everyone was always in the loop on the project at all times. If I had *any* questions, they responded immediately, even on the weekend. In my experience, this level of transparency and accessibility is unheard of in construction projects like this. The owner, Yuk, is absolutely outstanding, a paragon of business owner excellence who clearly values client satisfaction.
