This company was bought out by another company and their service and communication went seriously downhill! We wanted to move the tanks to a different location in the yard and were told it couldn't be done. Then on a second call to a different number we were told it could be done. So they sent a tech out who said it couldn't be done. Then they charged us for a call when it wasn't our fault. They are horrible to deal with!!! read more

Bad servic from the day I started with them.they had a $100 to join and only ended up with a $90.00

Delivery driver ignored my specific directions on how to get to my tank, and went thru my garden instead. I came out to find him yanking violently on the fill hose that was wrapped around my special breed tomato plants, completely destroying them and the 100's of tomatoes that were on them. I registered a verbal complaint, and a written one, on two different occasions. Two months later, I have still never been contacted by anyone from the company. We'll see if that changes once they receive a Summons and Complaint from the county courthouse. Horrible customer service! I look forward to finding a new supplier in the spring. read more

This is the most unorganized company I have ever had to work with. First, they lost my information after my first encounter with them. Second, the information that I gave them and they gave me did not get put into my account correctly. Third, my information got put into another customers account. Fourth, they sent me a bill for double what I agreed to in the beginning. After all this and they had told me that everything will be getting fixed it took an additional two weeks for nothing to get done with my account when they said it would be fixed in a couple days. I then again had to contact them and after waiting a day they told me that, they made the right "adjustments" this time and it will be fixed the next day. I do not understand why those adjustments were not made in the first place. My advise to anyone that needs propane, DO NOT USE AMERIGAS! read more
