I would look for them but to give me a couple of weeks to look and I would call found everything was moved away from tank. For the next 7 days, I got calls from Ben demanding to get the tank. To date have received over 10 calls. I finally file complaint with FCC for telephone harassment since Nampa and Canyon County sheriff wouldn't take complaint. Staub even called Ada County sheriff who now might be facing criminal charges. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Also when they hooked up the big tank from the trailers 20 # tanks, the technician dropped the hose end into the dirt without plugging the end.

One year into the contract I found that my company was price gouging me and they were at least $1.50 more per gallon than any other company I called. This company told me my price shopping was not valid because other propane companies won't tell you what their current customers are paying over the phone, they said that they give you a fake price to entice you to change. Well, I found that to only be true with the horrible company I was with. I payed out $299.00 to get out of their contract so I could be free to go with a honest and non-price gouging company who doesn't require a contract. V-1 came out and pumped all the remaining propane from my other company's tank into my new tank supplied by V-1. The propane man also did a THOROUGH inspection of everything related to my propane supply and educated me on how to run a propane fire place in my home that I did not know anything about. He also told me his company would treat me the way they would want to be treated. Well, I have found that absolutely true. Recently they called me to see if I wanted my tank topped off before the winter season began. They said it was their annual propane sale and quoted me $1.77/gallon. When they came out and filled my tank I found on my receipt that I was being charged LESS than what they quoted me. They only charged me $1.59/gallon! WOW! That was a very nice surprise!! I am a customer for life!!
