I saw that almost every review was 5 stars. There was one person who gave them a 1 star and I know after being in business for over 30 years there is always that one person. So I called ahead to see if there was anything special that I needed to bring with me. The lady on the phone was very helpful. She said that when I got to the location they would set me up. When I arrived it was busy. The young lady working there was working with one customer filling his tanks and another was just ahead of me. When it was my turn she walked me through what I would need (new adaptors so I could use my RV's current hook ups and regulator). She was very helpful and pleasant. She kept everyone in order and was on top of it. I told her that I pick this place because of the reviews and she said that she was proud of doing a good job. She also mentioned the negative review that was posted and said the guy never came to her location. He mentioned the receptionist as being rude and there is no receptionist on sight. Just her and the 2 awesome dogs in the office. Anyway I had an amazing first experience at Affordable Propane from the first call to getting my 2 tanks filled. The price was 1/2 of what I would hav3e paid at the other locations I called. So although the reviews were better I also came for the price as well. It was a win win and I will be back.

(The van's customization was done in Texas.) The owner himself came out to talk with me and talked me through his idea for a solution. He quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price and they completed the work in a few hours. He gave me a thorough rundown on how the new system worked and things to look out for. I was completely happy with the whole experience.

I called to ask for time and split payments and solutions on this bill. The autopayed it anyway and now I have a huge credit that they will not refund. They accused me of late pay, and said I would have to find another company and tank before issuing the credit. Unethical, poor business practice, rude and ill informed by miss Lisa in the office make me want to seek an attorney.

I had them switch me to will call rather than keep full for that reason mid 2024 and verified the change online. Furthermore I kept updating my tank level online and as of today it's at 60%. Thus I was shocked to see them deliver at one of the highest rates of the year today, without an order. I still see place order in the account which wasn't there before I switched to will call and all of a sudden they dropped my tank reading to 34% and decided to deliver and pocket about $200 of my money in excess of what I'd pay in the summer.

My house and my family rely on a gas tank to survive the winter - thank you Ferrell Gas located at 104 N summit blvd for putting our lives in jeopardy. We chose to leave Amerigas so that we could deal with a local company in Park County. Amerigas has no customer service in this country as it has all been sent overseas and their prices are through the roof. To make a long story short, we were on Baileys schedule to have a tank installed next month. I rang them this morning, because Amerigas came and took our propane tank away without notifying us sometime in the past week. We now have no way of heating our building to keep our appliances running properly and our canned foods from freezing. After telling Bailey Propane how desperate we were for heat, I was told they would see what they could do and get back to me. Within two minutes, I got a call back stating that they would deliver a tank to our food bank tomorrow. What a blessing these people are!!! From the owner, to the front office staff, to the delivery people, our prayers have been answered. You cannot ask for a better company and their prices are over half of what Amerigas charges.
