He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I won't mention other companies by name in a review for this company, but Midwestern charges $0.50 to $1 more than other companies in the Bellville, IL area. They are also extremely unhelpful when a customerneeds a one time exception made. They will only deliver 200 gallons at once. I am towards the end of my rental agreement for this residence and do not want, or need, 200 gallons but am being forced to buy it anyways. I've also had some unexpected bills due to my pets (vet bills can get high rather quickly). With the high winter price of propane, and the fact I am now being force to buy more than I need, I was forced to make a decision that would either potentially hurt me financially or allow my house to get too cold (potentially letting pipes freeze). The company didn't bother asking what my extenuating circumstances were. They simply told me I should look into payment assistance even though I wouldn't need assistance ein they would just let me order 100 gallons less one time. They do not care about their customers, only their money. I have already contacted another company to see about switching totthem in case I do decide to stay here for another year.

This summer I took the RV to a propane dealer in Valley Park and had them recertified and filled. Since R&M is closer to home, I went back there today to have the tanks refilled. This time there was an old man watching the operation. The workman was just about to start filling when the old man jumped in and said I had the wrong kind of valve on my tanks, and they couldn't be filled. This caught me by surprise, so I told him they were filled there last year. To this, the old man started cussing my tanks. Unaccustomed to this kind of rudeness, I asked if I could see the man who filled my tanks last year. Now the old man completely lost his cool. He cussed my RV, he cussed my tanks, he cussed me, calling us every filthy word he could remember from his days as a sailor. Not wishing to know how this would end, I rushed over to the office to ask for help. When the old man ran in behind me, they told me he was the owner.
