I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard. I made an online reservation via U-Haul on 3/15 to move into the unit on 3/16. I went to the…read morefacility on 3/16 after checking the hours (9a-5p) online. They were closed, so I called the number on the building, no answer. I Googled the facility and found another phone number, no answer. We went to the business next door to see if they were affiliated and were not, but were nice enough to call the Lapeer office for us. We then drove 20 minutes, paid $45 for the month and insurance. We received our code to get in and the unit number. We went back to the facility on Sunday to make sure we could get in prior to moving stuff. We were able to get into the facility, but our unit was under construction. Only half the walls were built and we could get to other units from the back of ours. I called U-Haul and explained the situation, she called this facility and told me to call them back for assistance. My husband went to the facility to ask for another unit, the worker said we could pay more money for a different unit or get our money back. He asked for our money back. There were so many issues with our experience and nothing was made right in the end. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Woke up with no running water yesterday; called a plumber. Plumber confirmed that our well pump…read moreswitch was sending power to the well pump, and told us to call a well drilling service. Called half a dozen and Lyon's was the only business who picked up their phone. They initially weren't positive if they'd be able to come out the same day, but called me back to confirm that they'd be able to, and showed up exactly when they estimated. The technician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and entertained my idiot homeowner questioning. He confirmed that the well pump was actually running and installed a pressure gauge, which showed extremely low pressure. Then he asked me if my garage had water running to it; it turns out it had several gallons of water pouring out a burst pipe. We shut the water off to the garage and he confirmed that the house was building water pressure again. After all the work to inspect the pump, install the new pressure gauge and confirm functionality Lyon's charged me less than the plumber who initially came out. Would definitely recommend.
