I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life…read more Step one - make a username and password. It took about 10 tries to make it through the labyrinth of name and password requirements. Funny thing, no matter what the problem was, the directive was the same - "Please use at least 8 characters and at least 1 number in your password.". After 6 or 7 failures, I figured out the problem was not the password but the username, which demanded a number in it. So I put a number in it and went on to the next screen. But they were just kidding! After trying to sign in, it turned out (after a long wait for the system to send my username) that the number didn't even make it into the username, despite it being the hangup the whole time. Trying to call OUC was also hilarious. The system immediately told me, "we're sorry, but we are experiencing larger than normal call volume" and shuffled me off to an all-options-useless menu. After mashing 0 several times, the system demanded my social security number, account number, or phone number. Of course it recognized none of these, since I'd yet to set up my account (see above). The system could do nothing and I went indefinitely on hold. Being told they refused to help in a cheerful, polished way by a human would have at least given some measure of closure. I think it's cool that they're publicly owned (+1 star), but it doesnt give them an excuse to suck. First world problems, and plenty of em.

I was looking for a supplier who would fill my own industrial nitrogen cylinder. I brought the cylinder to Comprssed Gas Solutions because their website stated that they would fill my own cylinder, or exchange tanks. Most suppliers want to exchange cylinders but what if yours is newly purchased? Who wants to give it to the supplier for an unknown cylinder? No problem. They filled it while I waited and talked with an unbelievably knowledgable and friendly staff member. These guys know their gases and cryogenics! Then the shock; the price was extremely reasonable. Will be using Teles Services in the future and highly recommend. Arsenio saved the day. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere.
