My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I called the post office Friday morning and spoke with Seth, the Post Master, and he was super helpful and said I can request the package be held as soon as I saw it was in Lockport. I tracked the package and called as soon as I saw it was at the Lockport station, they found the item and held it for me to pick up the morning of my son's birthday party. I went as soon as they opened the next Saturday morning and discovered the wrong package was held and now the package I needed was now out for delivery. Frantic, I called Seth and he discovered my package was going to be delivered by 5 pm...after the party. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. Within 5 minutes, Seth called me back and said his boss, Kaitlin, was going to get the package off the truck and deliver it for us and that she was going to call me to let me know when it was dropped off. In a matter of 30 minutes, the package was on my porch and Kaitlin called to confirm. These two did not have to do all of this for me, especially considering this wasn't USPS's fault, but they went above and beyond and were able to help make my son's 1st birthday party exactly as we wanted. After speaking with Nicholas (the owner), he gave us a quick and reasonable price. He he explained our options and even told us a tree that we thought needed to come down would probably bounce back after other dead trees around it were removed. He could have easily made some extra money by taking it down but was more concerned with saving a tree. We really appreciated that. The work took a day and a half to finish though they were also working next door so may have actually taken less time. This included removal of 1 tree, major trimming of 2 trees, both that were hanging on our roof, and the removal of a large pile (a real mess) of old wood piled in our yard. They completed the job beyond of satisfaction! The yard was left cleaner than when they started and even trimmed a couple extra branches on other trees without us asking. The entire crew was hard working, very conscious, neat, polite, and friendly. I would highly, with no hesitation, recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
