They were not Auto filling as promised or we would have met that obligation. They agreed to fill it in allow us to keep the tank only to come and try and pull it later stating that we had not been paying our bills, which we had, we owe them nothing. Ownership would not even give us a return call they made their sales person do it because they're cowards. Bottom line they're testing markets with local small businesses at high costs. She told me 2.29 per gallon because I don't go though enough gas and this was only the 3rd month i had the tank. Told them to I would be looking around for a new company and she didn't' even try to keep me as a customer. Called and told them to come get their tank and it still sat on my property for another 3 months and they just finally came to get it. Looked at my bill and they charged me another year rental and a pick-up fee. So, all the gas I had left in the tank went back to them and didn't get credit for it. Never seen a propane company that straight up lies to your face and lies on the phone. Stay clear of this company!!!!!!!!

I, however, didn't make it to the car and passed out in the parking lot. The man and other staff rushed over to me and brought me inside to recover. They gave me orange juice to hydrate and sat me on a bench to recover. All staff members were super nice and we're constantly checking on me until I felt well enough to walk to the car.
