I hired this company for attic mold remediation and related repairs. The written agreement clearly…read morestated that half the payment was due upfront (which I paid), and the remainder was due upon completion. There was no clause or discussion requiring additional payment before the project was finished. The company completed only part of the work and then left the rest--specifically insulation and drywall--unfinished. This left my attic without insulation during the coldest part of winter. When I followed up to have the work completed, my calls went unanswered, despite being told they would return. One day, I came home from an appointment to find the workers packing up after completing only the mold remediation portion. They had the owner on speakerphone. At that point, the owner demanded additional payment before proceeding with the remaining work. This had never been discussed and was not reflected anywhere in the written agreement. I calmly pointed that out. The owner then proceeded to yell at me for an extended period of time over terms that simply did not exist in our contract. The interaction was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely out of line. During that conversation, I even tried to de-escalate and discussed possibly separating the remaining work due to his behavior. However, I made it clear that my preference was for the job to be completed properly and with care, as originally agreed. That never happened. After that interaction, the company stopped responding altogether. I ultimately had to hire someone else to finish the job. To be fair, the employees I interacted with in person were kind and professional. However, they also did not respond to my follow-up attempts, which I can only assume was direction from the owner. If you are considering this company, make sure every detail is explicitly documented and be aware that the project may not be completed as agreed. Additionally, the owner's conduct alone should give serious pause before entering into a contract.

Their employees must be laughing all the way to the bank!! We watched the workers day after day, NOT show at all or when they did they would sit in their van for a couple of hours BS'ing with each other, on their phones, eating, , did everything BUT work! I would not hire them to build a doghouse!! This owner has now needlessly lost several months of rental income & a great tenant whom has now moved on as they could not wait any longer!! SMH

First point of contact was with Charlotte Lee, she was kind and courteous. When i explained our situation, that our insured was standing in 5 inches of water in his basement and more coming in due to continued rain she stated that she would be more than happy to get over there that day to help him. She asked me to text her the name and address of our client. I called our client to let him know that she was going to finish up a home review and head right over. She did just that! She helped him move his belongings as well as some valuables that he really would have been sad to lose. they started right away on removing the water and saving his beautiful hard wood. Charlotte called several times throughout the day updating me on progress and steps taken. There is nothing more worrisome than not being able help your insured, to know that they are well cared for is such a help! I called to check on our insured to be sure that all is to his satisfaction and he stated "Better than I hoped for! I am impressed!" I will for sure be keeping them in our list of contacts for the "God forbid" Scenarios! Thank you for taking care of my insured.

They called to say they were heading to my house and were here by 11am and out by 11:30am. Crazy how fast it took. Granted we have carpet in only the upstairs 3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase. The guys were nice and I honestly don't remember the carpet cleaner smelling as good this time as the last time we got it done (from another company). Plus, I also think the last company we used didn't get some major stains out, and these guys did... Which is most important, if you ask me! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish the price would have been a little clearer. I know it can't be a science not knowing exact measurements, but I told the woman I had an entire carpeted upstairs with three rooms and a staircase she quoted about $180. It ended up being $207 with a hallway and an extra step on our staircase not being included in the quote, plus tax! Potentially on me that I assumed the hallway would be included, but bummer that it cost a bit more than I originally thought. Overall good experience and I'd book them again!
