Spent 1,300 on 4 brand new tires. Got a nail within 4months. Now they want me to buy another tire!? Ridiculous much? They claim they have the best warranty (they claim like costco)... not true. Feels like a shake down. Very unhappy. Americas tire wanted to charge 150 for a new tire and they keep my 4month old tire... barely used!... which they will resale and make more $$$. At the last moment they said it could be done for $95 Still feels like a shake down. With that said they will be losing a costumer; a customer that spend thousands each year buying tires for my 3 vehicles. read more

Best Experience in a long time!!! Great Customer Service goes a long way! I couldn't wait to get home to do this review and normally I feel like I rant. I called in the afternoon to get a tire quote and asked about how credit worked. Kenny Cocek encouraged me to come in and apply as I was in desperate need of tires but not enough to buy them cash. I wanted really good quality tires due to the amount of driving I do. I came in after work 15 minutes before they closed. They had several people waiting for their cars, so good sign of quality work. I was embarrassed to apply thinking I would get denied in front of everyone haha but Kenny made me feel comfortable and hey if the outcome is denied than no worries. He was quick and discreet and I was approved! Even during closing hours, the workers hopped right on it. I already had in mind what I somewhat wanted and he assisted me with my options. He upgraded my tires (not that he will every time or for everyone) but it surpassed my expectations and who doesn't like an upgrade when able and he even bought back tires for a small discount. Every penny counts. He was AWESOME! Deserving of all Caps. Bobby Williams came to speak with me about maintenance of the tires and informed me of all they provide in services and care. He too was a professional man and very very knowledgeable. He also made me feel comfortable in my purchase. My car was done very fast as they had a good amount of crew working together which clearly meets the definition of Teamwork. I am pleased to say that I have not received this type of Customer Service anywhere in a long time, and it is much appreciated for their time, professionalism, and ultimate care. My wife went un for some front tires. The next morning when she was washing her car she noticed that both front rims were all scratched up..she called and then went in to talk to them. They basically said they did not do that and made her feel like she was lying..she is very disappointed. We have been buying all our tires from americas tire but after this we will be going some place else. Please double check your car before and after because they will mess up yous car and not say a word. When you find out and bring it to thier attention they will deny it all the way and not remedy it at any way. So beware of these untrained unresponsible pieces of shit. read more

America's Tire in Esperia saved the day today. My friends and I were on the way to Vegas and a Semi Truck lost a tire and caused damage to many cars on the freeway. Two of our cars tires got popped and we barley got over to the shoulder of the 15 freeway. America's Tire had the tires replaced in under 30min as they promised us and it made the day immensely better. The efficiency was very refreshing in such a bad situation. read more

We took our rv there for a flat tire and they fixed the gromit valve stems and put air in all the tires and got us back on the road and charged us 0.00 that's right nothing. Went to get a flat fixed, been there before had no problem. However, this time 1/07/17... Tech said that the tire could not be repaired as it had been patched before and it was not done correctly (they, America's tire had previously done the repair, same shop location). Tire was off the rim, he offered to put it back on, I refused, as I knew this was bullshit. Went to Town & Country tire in Apple Valley and had the repair done expertly. America's tire didn't mark the side wall of the tire and they pulled off one of the wheel weights so, I also had to have the tire rebalanced. Told me at America's that I would need a new tire. Liars, ripoff. Don't go here for nothing. Better tire stores to go to. Town & Country tire Walmart Anywhere but America's tire. read more

Just had a great experience at this location! On our way up to Big Bear with our 3 small kids and ran over a nail! Really didn't have a ton of money to spend on a new tire especially since this tire was 3 months old. They got us a tire and we waited less than 15 min!! My son went to this store on 01-07-17 to have a tire repaired. The technician claimed tire was unrepairable. Not complaining about this however they ended up selling him the most expensive tire in their shop. $157 for a 17" tire that did not even match----really. Totally took advantage-so wrong. read more

We purchased tires for my sons truck 14 months ago, When they put them on , I noticed they hadn't put any weights on the outside of the tires when they balanced them, when we drove off. I didn't think much about it, and figured , this is a quality tire store, I'm sure they did it ? Wellllllll, my son decided to sell his truck for a better gas mileage car, so when he got to town, I said why are your tires so worn out, they only had 20,000 miles on them. Since they have a warranty for a free tire rotation and balance, I took it in. The kid takes some measurments and tells me theirs something wrong with my suspension to make them wear out so bad. Okayyyy, well , after they were done with the rotation ,I drove it away and noticed a severe LOUD vibration noise, I took it over to Country Tire, they said theirs nothing wrong with the suspension at all. Long story short, I took it back to Americas tire, told them to check the balance , which they did and each tire was horribly out of balance. He said that's why the noise, it should be better now ? Wellllll, the kid comes out and says, sir you had NO WEIGHTS on any of the rims ! TA DA ! really ? The manager then made it right, I got Brand New tires the next day on the truck(free) ! Way to back your product, thank you for acknowledging your mistake and making it right. I will defiantly be back again. But maybe next time I'll still need to ask questions when in doubt ? read more
