This store has convenient hours and availability and more tire choices than other places. I recently had my Tesla tires changed for the first time at this store for those reasons. Service was quick, but it would have been appreciated if technician had advice me/reminded me to record the new tires in my Tesla dashboard. My other concern was that even though the Tesla recommended psi for tires is 42, 3 tires had a psi of 41, and another a psi of 39. See picture.

I hit a pothole the night before and came in to the tire shop at opening time this past Saturday, as appointments were unavailable at the last-minute. Alex helped me almost immediately, and I was quoted an hour or less wait time (it ended up only taking 30 minutes). I had a warranty and knew the drill, so the process was easy peasy... staff inspected the tire at my car, checked if the tire was in stock, and I paid the certificate fee (for repair or replacement coverage). Similar to other AT shops, the waiting area had a sufficient amount of seating and a restroom available. Service lived up to the high quality and professionalism I usually get from America's Tire. And I was on my way in no time.

Came in for a TPMS service and they were able to reprogram the sensor in 15min for free. Very impressed with the service and would recommend for anyone.

I came to pick it up and the person who called me was Mr. Bacon and did not tell Mr. Bacon that I was called, making Mr. Bacon have to figure out what was going on. And when Mr. Bacon asked the tech if he called, the tech barely responded and ignored his other questions.

I clearly made an appointment for 10:00 AM. However, starting at 9:23 AM, I received calls saying that I had a 9:00 AM appointment and asking whether I wanted to cancel because I had not shown up. This confused and stressed me out, and I rushed to the store because I was made to feel like I was late. When I arrived, there was no line or visible wait. Rodger, a tall white male employee who appeared to be in his 50s and wore glasses, was at the tire counter. Because I thought I might have been late, I approached him politely and greeted him right away. Instead of helping me, he told me to wait and then took three separate phone calls while I stood there. It felt like he was intentionally making me wait. When I explained that my appointment time was actually 10:00 AM, he simply responded with one word -- "fault" -- and offered no apology, no explanation, and no accountability. If I had not rushed in after receiving those incorrect calls, would my appointment have been canceled because of his mistake? From beginning to end, his attitude was rude and dismissive. He made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I found myself asking questions in an overly apologetic and submissive way just to avoid making the situation worse. He told me the service would take about an hour and a half and that I would receive a call when it was finished. Instead, I only received a text message. When I returned to the store to check, a younger female employee was much kinder and explained things more politely. I wanted to continue speaking with her, but while I was talking to her, Rodger silently gestured at me with his hand as if I were beneath him or as if he were ordering me around. Even when it was time to sign, he did not explain anything. He simply handed me a pen without saying a word. Because I was upset by his attitude, I asked what it was for, and only then did he say one word: "signature." There was no explanation of the warranty, no paperwork explanation, no explanation of what had been done to my vehicle, and no guidance after the service was completed. When I asked about the warranty paperwork, he reacted as if he was annoyed or angry. Why? I came here because I urgently needed tire service and this location was convenient, but if Rodger continues to work here, I will not return. This experience damaged my trust in this business as a whole. I will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate. I have lived in California for three years, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. I left feeling shocked, saddened, and as if I had been discriminated against. This experience ruined my day.
