Since when does the customer have to take time and money to fix someone else's mistake? The gal who sold us made a nice commission. These people should go into politics, screwing people for profit. Funny thing is, it is probably a $2 part from a hardware store. They would rather have bad reviews and word of mouth stories than actually have a satisfied customer. Had we known this is how they treat their customers, we'd never have purchased anything from them. Don't make our mistake.

First, they ordered the wrong table. We didn't find out until it was delivered and realized they ordered the standard height instead of the counter height. They ordered us the correct table and left us the incorrect table so we at least had something in our dining room. However, it took about six weeks to get the correct table. Then when they delivered the new table, they didn't have any felt pads for under the chairs because they had run out on the delivery truck. It ended up being an extra run to the store for us to purchase them, even though it should have come with the table. In the end, we got the table we wanted but with plenty of hassle. Update: Due to the personal follow up by the store manager, I'm increasing the rating to 4 instead of 3. The customer service has been nice and they admit there were issues with our experience and they plan to make improvements to their process as a result. They have made an effort to make it right with us as a customer and earn our business in the future, which we appreciate.
