I was a patient here for many years. For the most part things were pretty good with them. I really…read moreliked my doctor, Dr. Wagenknecht. I felt like she was very thorough and listened well. However, when I saw the PA I was mis-diagnosed and sent home with nose spray and was told to gargle lidocaine, to treat a raging throat infection. Ended up really sick but was an isolated incident. In January I went in routinely and because my BP has been high we decided to start on Lisinopril. It took care of my BP right away. A few weeks later I returned to the clinic, complaining of headache, terrible cough and facial/head pain. We determined it was the flu with maybe a sinus infection so I was given antibiotics. I returned again in March, still really sick with a worsening cough. Got some more antibiotics and just did not get any better. I finally called them in April, complaining of still worsening symptoms, asking for some Prednisone for what I thought was lingering chronic bronchitis and they would not give it to me over the phone, they wanted me to be seen. I agree; however, the three visits that I already went in for was costing $1K out of pocket. Not their fault, but what is their fault is once again mis-diagnosing me. I went to a new Allina physician on 4/6 finally and within four minutes of my being there complaining about this horrible cough, the CA diagnosed me as being allergic to the Lisinopril. Evidently having an allergic reaction with all of the symptoms which I was having (and more of which I don't want to talk about here) is very common. Allina adjusted my BP meds and sent me on my way. I'm nearly fully recovered but it would have been nice to have the last three months back, the sleep would have been good, and oh, right, being able to breathe. Maybe they were sick of me because I'd been going their so long; something about "fresh eyes." Fine, but I really can't afford these kinds of medical bills and really don't like inefficiencies. I won't go back and I won't recommend a North Memorial Clinic.

I had a medical emergency back in December that cost quite a chunk of money. I am on my dad's…read morehealth insurance plan so he was the one making payments to these bills. He did not pay the large sum in full but made monthly payments on the bill. Apparently that wasn't good enough because they turned the bill over to a collection agency! Now I can't even make an appointment to consult with a doctor on refilling my medication. (I also got hung up on between call transfers) What a scam! This is a horrible medical center! No one seems to know what's going on and they keep transferring me to more people that have no clue either. If you rely on your health insurance to cover any costs because you can't afford to pay $700 in full then I suggest you take your medical emergency elsewhere.

Until our son entered into Childrens partial hospitalization program we thought the world of…read moreChildrens hospital and clinics. There PHP program in Roseville certainly changed that opion. Dont waste your insurance or your personal money on the program. On our sons last day, which we did not agree with ( your opion doesn't matter to them ) because our son still was not sleeping at night, and still having to be restrained for emotional outbursts. We informed the staff multiple time that trazadone no long worked to help our son sleep. So guess what they reperscribed, trazadone after retrying it with the same outcome as before, no sleep. I had to complain serveral more times and actually keep him out one day because he had not slept for two nights and they dat he came back was his planned last day they actually listened and changed his meds for sleep. The med changed only happened after we reached out to his fantastic psychiatrist at childrens in St. Paul did they listen and make a change on our last day. 2 hours into his last day at the program we were call to pick him up because they had to restrain him, he lost control of his emotions. Which is why he was there in the first place. He was no better off when they discharged then the day he started. Other items of concern for us were when his therapist flat out lied to us, they state the hour are 8:30am to 3pm but they never started on time 8:45, 8:50am. We were supposed to get daily updated on his behaviors everyday, in 3 weeks of treatment were received 3 updates. Never once did they ask how his afternoon and evening went. The " family therapy consisted of a 1/2 hour session where you where given the names of other programs and or therapists to see. The only real information we received about his behaviors while in the program were phones calls to let you know they had to restrain him. But we were never given the facts that lead upto him needing to be restrained. I loved the statement on the discharge papers was He is safe to return home and to school. I don't think so he is no better off today then when he entered the PHP program. Complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your childs and your time there. They don't listen to you as a parent, you receive little to not feedback whenvyour child is in the program, they ask you for no imput as to how things are going at home while there. And the absolute best part is being lied to by a therapist and then having said therapist deny what they told you. Communication back and forth between the parents and staff is so important in figuring out the best course of meds or continuing therapy for your child, but there was almost none of that. A completely disorganized mess. NEVER UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE HAVE WE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY SERVICES FROM CHILDRENS. But they failed completely in there Roseville PHP.

When I visited this clinic for my annual check up I felt like the cleanliness of the facility, the modern design, patient -doctor and medical staff treatment, and ease of maneuvering through the different clinics were phenomenal. It was a combination of going to the airport without the hassle and the customer savvy style of the Apple Store. I literally had my mind blown because I was very impressed that staff were required to wear uniforms like airline staff. I was assisted at check-in by the staff who took my picture with the Microsoft surface and then gave me a badge to wear while I waited to be seen. As I waited - which was not long at all, I noticed that they had a complimentary refreshments station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. At every turn I was impressed. Then when I went to get labs done I received a buzzer, similar to what you get at red lobster or Applebee's when you wait get notified that your table is ready. I was in and out of this place in no time. Loved the efficiency and hope they maintain this high level of service. P.s. They also have a cafe!

They also have shuttle service to nearby apartments. Beautiful artwork displayed by prior patients. All around it is just a great place to be if you need to have something like this done!
