Everyday since I paid my premium, Fidelity has attempted to recharge me for me an additional payment. I called and spoke with Lisa P5258 and Lori X4655 and both of them refused to fix the issue and said I was subject to change my payments to quarterly or pay an additional payment despite having already paid this months premium. All other times I've spoke with customer service agents, they have all been helpful. Lori and Lisa are two of the most unhelpful agents I have encountered. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately felt like we were being taken advantage of. We were charged $250 for a pipe repair without ever being contacted, consulted, or quoted for the work. When we tried to schedule a meeting to discuss the charge, they refused to meet, ignored our calls, and eventually threatened us with eviction unless we paid. We were forced to pay for something we had no opportunity to approve or dispute. When we moved out, we gave more than 30 days' notice, professionally cleaned the carpets and the home, and even touched up the walls. Despite this, they withheld $2,100 of our security deposit. Their breakdown included: * $300 for drywall repair (not previously mentioned or shown to us) * $1,100 for painting the entire house (even though we left it in great condition) * A charge to replace a lightbulb they falsely claimed was out * $260 for cleaning (even though we had the home professionally cleaned) Throughout the process, this company was unresponsive, evasive, and became aggressive when we questioned the charges. It was clear they had no intention of communicating fairly or ethically. They do not treat tenants with respect and seem to rely on intimidation and avoidance to force compliance. This company took advantage of us and treated us dishonestly. Renters, beware--they will take your money and ignore your concerns.

Their Marketing Director Nikki White invited me to come up and talk to Jeff Martin , one of their Financial Advisers, to analyze our situation during a free "Discovery" Session. I was instructed to complete a form that would give Jeff our financial picture and also to bring along our last 3 years of tax returns so he could best advise me. I double-checked again to make sure this was free and I was assured it was. When I arrived at their office I was greeted enthusiastically by their staff and then Jeff came out to meet me. Jeff spent over an hour going over our financials and tax returns and gave (again "gave" is the operant word since this was free) me great advice about upcoming tax law changes. Jeff is very knowledgable, professional, friendly, and pleasant. He listened patiently while I laid out our finances and only spoke for clarification. He then analyzed our situation and made some great suggestions. At then end of our time, I thanked him profusely and he assured me he was in this business to help people make good financial decisions and his reward was my thanks.
