Maybe we are a bit pickier about this task since my wife was a paralegal in a law firm for over 30 years and I have been the executor for two of my family members in the past, so I am very familiar with what goes on in handling final affairs of others during probate. A long and complicated process. This is why we chose to create a trust among other reasons. We went to two different seminars from other companies that create Trusts / Wills. Frankly we weren't impressed with one of the companies that did a seminar, and the other company was fair. They were not law firms. Then we called and spoke with Keven who gave us a telephone consultation so we wouldn't have to go to the office for that. He spent a lot of time, and we did not feel rushed to get off the phone. His answers to questions were right on target, VERY informative, and perfectly accurate rather than things we heard in seminars. After discussing with the wife a few days, we chose them. It would cost us a little more to have a REAL law firm do the work, yet well worth it. Since Keven's law firm specializes in this area of law instead of being a catch all law firm, we got the exact personal service we needed. When it came time to do the trust, Allison handled all the details expertly and quickly while giving us time to change things along the process. When we visited their office for the final signing, we were even more impressed with the really personal, friendly approach presented by Keven and Allison.
