Keenan let me know my various options while strategizing on the best way to insure that the tenant vacated without incident. He told me I could print it up and leave it at my neighbors door which was the absolute wrong information. He also said I only needed to wait seven days after providing the demand letter. I wasted my time going to the courthouse yesterday only to be told the demand letter must be sent certified and then wait 15 days after it is received before I could file a small claims case. The gentleman at the post office knew and explained the process better than this attorney. I filed a complaint against him with Met Life Legal as they should not be paying for him to provide wrong legal advice.
