April 18, 2014 Review
Richard (Rick ) Blower handled a trust for us the end of 2012/2013. Upon the completion, we were told that if there were any questions we had in the future regarding the Trust to call him for assistance. A few months later I called with a question. No return call. Four months later (January 2014) we had questions as some very important information that was written in the Trust was unclear. I called his office several times and either left a message with someone or on a voice mail. I never received a return call. Two months later, (March 2014) I again left messages with his office staff and was told he was in a meeting with a client, that he would return the call. He never did. I attempted several emails and after our last one stating our disbelief that he would not return our calls or emails, I received an email from him 6 weeks after my original email contact. At this point, he attempted to answer some of the questions which only created more questions. I then again left messages with his staff and emails. I was told that he would call me directly. After begging for his assistance in some crucial matters, he never returned the phone calls or emails. Mr. Blower's total lack of caring and unprofessionalism has left us completely baffled. I would definitely never recommend Mr. Blower as anybody's attorney, particularly not in handling such an important document as a Trust. I could understand paying him the $300 an hour for a major change but we simply needed what he had already done clarified. We needed to understand what he had already put into the Trust. Unfortunately, our questions are going unanswered so that we have to hire someone else to complete the job he began. He seemed like such a nice man at first, but after all this anguish we have gone through, it has been a very bad experience. read more
