I didn't even have an appointment but these guys immediately opened the door for me, offered me a beverage, offered my son snacks, entertained and drew pictures for my child while another guy fixed an issue with my account in record time. Who does that!? They also answered my financial questions in a way that I could understand since I'm not a finance guru. I'm blown away by their empathy, professionalism and their ability to execute what I needed quickly before my child had a meltdown. The Four Seasons didn't treat me as well as these guys did lol. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been fortunate to work with TWP for 2 years. Rob, Chris, and the entire TWP team…read morehave been invaluable partners for us as we have begun our careers, navigated two moves, and gone through law school. I wholeheartedly believe TWP's guidance, candor, and support is an invaluable resource for any young professional in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Mason, or anywhere around the country. (We were clients even when we lived in Chicago, so distance is not an issue). TWP is true wealth management - far beyond financial or investment guidance. What do I mean by this? A number of times, Rob and Chris have recommended that we prioritize our savings and investments in a way that would actually decrease the pool of "assets under management" TWP would later draw its fees from. They have recommended this because they know it is the best move for our long-term wealth and to meet our long-term financial and non-financial goals. They are true fiduciaries and we're glad to have them in our corner. If you have any questions about this, reach out to them or to me. I am serious - my email is ssvirnovskiy@gmail.com, I just sat for the bar exam and have 2 months until I start working so I am happy to talk!

Our current financial stability and having reached our investing goals were entirely due to their attention over time. The uniqueness of TWP is their family-like approach, commitment to providing options and recommendations for complex situations, and their undivided attention to handling whatever you require, when you require it. You feel like you are their only client. They have even connected us with other professionals, such as attorneys and tax accountants, who share their values and trustworthiness. I cannot imagine trusting our life's financial choices to just a "firm" with expertise. Once you realize that your success is as important to the team at TWP as it is to you, you understand the difference between TWP and just another investment agency.

Their customer service is exceptional and their intelligence and business savvy are literally paying in dividends. My husband has typically handled our finances and with no shame I can admit he's more financially literate than me. However, I attend most of our meetings with Andrew and Devon and I feel equally heard and respected when I voice questions, concerns, and ideas. They take time to explain concepts with patience and non-judgment. I'm sure many women (gender-stereotyping here) have had the experience of providers defaulting to the man in the room and this could not be farther from my experience with Andrew and Devon. I'd also like to add that I own my own business and as it's grown substantially in the last year, Andrew and Devon have been key supports, attending various meetings with my team members, educating me and empowering me to make decisions about profit, investment, and retirement. I could not be more grateful to have met this duo, not only for the sake of my family but also my business. I 100% highly recommend their services.

He is extremely flexible with his schedule and meetings - he even came to our house for our initial meeting! Brad is very well spoken and simplifies information. As my fiancé and I have a basic-intermediate understanding of finance, we really appreciate his explanations and how he makes everything easy to understand. Check out Rhinevest's website to learn more about their investment philosophy - they believe everyone should have the opportunity to invest and receive advice regardless of if they have $100 or $1M to invest. We would highly recommend Rhinevest and Brad!

I am always stressed with trying to communicate to an accountant during tax season and usually end up filing late because of not being able to reach them/not knowing they need more information. This was the opposite of my experience this year. I just walked in with no appointment and they took my folder of information. Twice over the next few days they called and asked a few questions and were able to help me figure out what to include and what not to in my answers. Then they were done and all I had to do was e-sign. This was by far the least stressful tax process I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Called earlier to liquidate some funds and the woman i spoke with was fine. Professional and seemingly competent. She said she would put the specifics of my transaction in the 'notes' section of my account, and to call back (after 4), to get the final check amount. okay. Later, after taking the first guy (NO joke!) 10-minutes to get 'an associate on the line' to assist...turns out the guy i was now speaking with had NO notes...and thus, no idea what the woman had specified earlier. i was screwed...and had to practically start over. They acknowledge receiving $25,000 but didn't make it available for trading, so I called them. They said they were experiencing a higher than normal rate of fraud, therefore they were taking 16 business days to verify EFTs, and until it was verified they wouldn't let you do any transactions with it. I am losing money, because my bank pays me good interest on my cash. If I had known that they were going to be so inept, I would have either gone with a different investment company, or sent them a wire transfer rather than an EFT. The first customer service person I spoke with was extremely rude, blaming me for making the deposit, claiming there was a warning online about a 16 day hold. However, the warning only said it might take a little while longer (what sounds like two or three days) to do the transaction. They DID NOT STATE it would take 16 business days. I called customer service two more times and they wouldn't make an exception. This is a STRANGE CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY corporation that abuses its customers. I would not recommend that you open any accounts with Fidelity. They should consider changing their name to INFIDELITY.
