The staff is right on point when it comes to information and explanation of the how's in stock trading. I signed up with them quite a while ago and didn't give them much mind until I was in touch with Ryan Bianchi. He made a few suggestions on trading strategies to which I was able to implement them in my portfolio with confidence. If I felt unsure or needed an explanation about anything, all I had to do was put in a call, and if he wasn't available someone else would at least offer to help me. I know, I can be a pain sometimes and it can take several attempts for me to finally "get it" since my motorcycle accident a few years ago, but Ryan has stood by me and been most pleasant and understanding of my personal situations well as "life" issues and allowed me to be in control of what I thought were my best options.
