Other brokers assumed not only that we would know and do (regarding the purchase of the investment property), but other brokers assumed our business, not asking if we wanted to re-quote pending a significant portfolio change. Jessica Wainscott was excellent to work with, proactive, but not pushy, and patient in awaiting our responses. They won our business.

We switched our home owners insurance from State Farm over to Walker Insurance this year…read more The main reason we switched is because it saved us about $150 per year, for even better coverage. Best-Walker would do well to screen its employees and agents for professionalism before hiring…read more When I called the company last week to request cancellation of services, the person who answered the phone refused to give me her full name, her contact line (just the main number) or transfer me to a superior to help me when my own agent (who came from another agency and has been wonderful for over a decade) was on vacation. After her refusal, she hung up on me. When I called back and I protested about being hung up on, she replied, "You aren't a customer here anymore, so your complaints will fall on deaf ears...I'm not afraid of you." She then hung up on me again. If I had known that switching agencies due to a nearly 50% savings in premiums (nothing personal) would result in such rude and unprofessional treatment, I would not have chosen Best-Walker in the first place.

Young III State Farm Insurance office. I had a complex need for setting up a new policy based on a nuanced situation with my mother, who's in declining health. Stephanie went above and beyond - not only did she help me track down key info and design a new policy and account that worked for our unique needs, but she also shared some invaluable guidance that made a broader, stressful situation much easier to begin to navigate. And on top of that, she checked in and followed up, which felt incredibly supportive during a very tenous time. Net - Stephanie is a superhero who made what could have been a complicated - or even impossible - process feel much smoother and more manageable. Thank you, Stephanie! Highly recommend Stephanie and the Edwin O. Young III State Farm Insurance team!
