I got quotes from all the major players. I decided to go with these guys because my gut told me they had the most integrity. Joshua also asked questions that showed me he wanted to understand what was most important to me and the main thing for me was to trust the deal to close as agreed and it absolutely did. The agreed price was honored and their title company was so good they were able to close early. It was awesome and I greatly appreciate them for making a stressful transition in life more manageable. Thanks again!

Ryan from Joe the Homebuyer was so professional and helped us sell my families house. We had investigated numerous other places to sell the property to, but they weren't willing to listen about everything. Ryan was always avaliable 7 days a week if we had any questions or concerns. The offer was very fair and we appreciated all of the help. Paperwork was extremely easy to maneuver and if we had any questions, he was avaliable and walked us through all processes. They were amazingly kind and compassionate. Totally honest and no surprises. You can truly trust this organization.

This review is long in coming, and it's been more my laziness versus and issues with Jamie and his…read moregreat company. We worked with Jamie on two different houses and could not have been happier with our experience across the board. The first was our first house purchase ever, so we were certainly apprehensive approaching the situation. Jamie had worked with a family member numerous times and came highly recommended, and he certainly lived up to that reputation. I really appreciated Jamie's cautious hand in our dealings; he was never over bearing when it came to offering advice about a potential house or price, but he was always there when we had questions. We likely saw 30 houses, and each one was approached in a calm and methodical way by Jamie or one of his team members (all of whom were excellent as well). The second experience with Jamie was in 2021 when the housing market was basically going nuclear. Not only did we need to get our house ready to move, but we had to trust what Jamie told us when it came to taking that potential payoff and applying it to the next home. Even though we had an idea of the area we needed, Jamie was there to offer suggestions and actually came through huge in finding our current home before it even hit the market. When we knew we wanted to make changes to the house, he provided contractors and others who gave us a pretty spot on idea what the costs would be. As with any purchase, there were a few bumps along the way, but he quickly dealt with each with barely any need of additional help on our end. When it came to the sale of our own house, Jamie was on the spot throughout the process, from suggestions on how we do a better job of sprucing up the home to managing heightened expectations when it came to sales price. Considering we sold our house for about 3x the price, we were quite happy. Selling your house? Work with Jamie Buying a house? Work with Jamie. I've referred so many friends his way and not one has regretted it. Neither will you.

We needed to raise money quickly and decided to sell our vacation home in Pinetop, Arizona, which…read morehad the equity we needed Because we had to have funds within two weeks, we knew we couldn't go through the traditional real estate route, which takes months--fixing up the house, putting it on the market, and then paying a 6-7% commision when it finally sells 3-6 months later. So, we decided to go with a "we buy homes fast for cash" company and focused on those with good reviews. RIght away, we ran into problems finding a company that worked with rural vacation properties (like cabins and small houses such as ours). But Reed Lattin and All Homes AZ had absolutely no qualms with our property. They have over 10 years of experience and were used to dealing with homes of all kinds throughout Arizona. Reed was the complete professional, explaining the process thoroughly, He emphasized there were absolutely no sales commissions, fees, or costs of any kind, aside from the usual items addressed in escrow. For example, if you owe HOA fees or past property taxes, the escrow company would make sure these fees were paid to the appropriate authorities from the money you received in the sale. Reed was personable and laid-back. He didn't have any high pressure sales tactics that could make a customer feel uncomfortable. His escrow team at Pioneer Title Agency were also very friendly and responsive. (Thank you, Diana Olson and Debby Phillips!) The whole procedure went much quicker than I imagined. Reed met us in snowy weather in Pinetop just a few days after the initial phone call. That same day, we agreed to a sales price, and the house closed just a week later, with the funds wired to our bank account on the day of the close. What a smooth, easy process. Thank you so much, Reed!

After our very first conversation and learning more about my situation, she suggested that we explore the possibility of purchasing a home first -- and if it didn't work out, we could always come back to finding a rental.
