Through the process of our job, we shifted gears several times in terms of ideas and layout, and Shane was able to adapt and work with us through it. He made several trips to the tile store on our behalf, including after the job was done to return unused materials for a refund. Most importantly, the quality of work was outstanding, and the price very fair. We would highly recommend Shane and, in fact, are hiring him to tile our fireplace in the near future.

Sophia was very helpful in pairing different materials together and also getting the details down to the color of the grout (which I had no idea it even mattered). They have a terrific assortment of materials from the basic and traditional, to the classic and timeless, to the trendy and colorfully patterned. It's everything from flooring, backsplash, countertops, accent tiles to make your kitchen or bathroom amazing.

Check-in was quick, but they heavily pushed us toward the showroom when we specifically wanted to see the slab warehouse. We finally made it back there and found a decent selection, good lighting, and a clean, well-organized space. The problem was that there was essentially no one available to help us, answer questions, or provide any guidance. We spent well over an hour looking through slabs and were seriously trying to make a countertop decision that weekend. When we were leaving, I told the staff at check-in that I wanted samples of several slabs we had selected, but they were overwhelmed checking in more walk-ins and clearly did not have the bandwidth to help the customers already inside. I had places to be, so I left and emailed asking if I could come back for the samples. I didn't receive a response until days later, by which point we had moved on and taken our business elsewhere. It's honestly a shame because they have nice material and a good facility, but what is the point of checking in this many customers if there is no staff available to assist them once they spend an hour in your warehouse? Ultimately, they lost our business simply because nobody could help us. Very disappointing.
