We got our masters bedroom refloored with hardwood, and basement redone with vinyl…read more Our point of contact was Sam, who was professional and responsive. He communicated through text and phone with us, answering all our questions and helped us through the process when we wanted to change the vinyl type before starting the work. I found the complete service at a competitive price ($5-7k) and the installers respectful and efficient! I would recommend this business highly.

I got my floors in 2023 in which they began gapping quickly. I was charged for shoe molding that…read morewas also never done. After numerous attempts to fix the gaps I was lied to that it was water damage but the guy who came spoke zero English (this matters later) and didn't even touch the floors. My stairs were over hung by 2 inches with no support and they cracked. Arthur committed to replacing the bottom floor but played number games with the upstairs. Something felt really off so I did some research through connections I have and found there to be 25 complaints of gapping and bubbling with the company. When challenged I was told by Arthur his lawyer was being added to the email but there is one problem that email doesn't belong to any attorney at all for that matter. As much as I didn't want to take this route, there is clear illegal deception with the business, and they refused to make it right and provide what I paid for so I feel I now must be the person who unravels everything from the people who working there and their training, contract issues, and so much more. I warn you to do your research and I will let the rest unfold publicly and keep everyone updated

Had to remodel our bathroom in our house - and we only have a single bathroom. So, I spent a decent…read moreamount of time looking at vanities, toilets, bathtubs, fixtures, etc. across different stores and online. Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places. Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center. Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping. Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount. When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described. To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business.

They have plenty of people working but only one old man who can help with anything related to doors. I bought 2 Larson storm doors and paid extra for a decorative handle that won't work. The Lock body set needed for this decorative handle is unavailable. Never received the screw trim strips that should have came with the door. Spoke to the owner once in June when order was so delayed. Paid in full at time of order by the way. Mike Laird the owner said call him anytime time with any other issues. I've now left him five messages with no return call. I have a beautiful new front door and a screen door that has no handles and no caps to cover installation screws. FOX Hone Center NOT RECOMMENDED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
