Through the experience, we had the opportunity to print our own tote bag to take home from the event. In the process, they walked us through how they make the bags, and we got to actually do our own making of the prints on the bag. Afterwards the bags went through a heating process to dry the ink. Voila! Your are now able to take your bag to go. The bag has been washed and the print is still very perfect. They offer several printing services, and I am considering using them for an upcoming project I have for a couple of mine getting hitched in the near future. They're legit!

The class was very laid back and a great alternative to a night out. Wine was encouraged so I brought a box (just to make sure I had enough, duh.) I believe the two ladies that run the class are sisters or good friends and very creative and personable. We had a blast sipping wine and taking turns learning the art of screen printing. I have taken other art with wine classes and this one was the most interesting and entertaining of them all. In addition, they will work with you if you have a group outing (bachelorette party, girls night out, etc.) The class basically paid for it-self since I kept one of the canvases for the house and gave two away as Christmas presents. Hip Hues is somewhat of a hidden gem and well worth the money! I feel like I walked away with a unique piece of art that I am proud to show. I can't say that for all the paint/art classes I have taken.

I originally had high hopes when this company was able to assist me with a rush job for business…read morecards. The caveat was I had to purchase a minimum of 500 additional business cards that would come later. I have no issue with that as I enjoy supporting small-business. I was told that it would take 2 to 3 business days for those 500 cards to arrive once artwork had been received. It took 3 weeks of emailing, phone calls, text messaging, Facebook messenger's Communications before anyone even responded to my inquiry as to where my order was. The response I finally got over the phone was they just had so many other jobs that mine just kept getting pushed back. When I asked for an explanation why it took so long for anybody to even respond back to me I never had a good reason. They made an emotionless apology that was completely insincere and offered to do a thousand business cards for the cost of 500 and it would be ready in two days. Three days go by and I still have not received notification that the project was ready. I then get an email saying there was an issue with the artwork that their graphic designers could not figure out and requested that I fix the artwork and resend it. I open the artwork confused to find that the issues that they were asking me to fix we're non-existent. It then took another 3 days for them to respond to my request for a full refund. I was told that I could come by the shop to pick up my refund or they could mail a check to me. Looking back at their track record on how long it takes for them to respond to do anything I stated that I would be there that day to pick up my refund. I arrived at the business towards the end of the day only to be greeted by an employee to let me know that the owner had to go into town because she didn't have any cash to refund my order. She then said I had to drive 20 minutes back into town to meet the owner to pick up my refund. This company does one thing well and that is over promise and under-deliver. STAY AWAY. A 1 Star is way too high.
