On a different note, I think Staples should look into a digital payment link for print orders (especially when they're placed through email). I had someone else pick up the order, and had to coordinate a bit more than anticipated when we realized they had to pay in-person with a physical card. This doesn't detract from the awesome service I received - but it would definitely add to customers' convenience if they could pay in advance!
