I am so delighted with 12-Point SignWorks! After 8 years of driving around with a wrap on my Janet's Planet car, I was hesitant to trade in my car and get a new wrap. You see I had come to love the visibility with my car, but after 235,000 miles, it was time for a new car and a new wrap. The previous vendor who wrapped my first car is no longer in business, so I began the search. I thankfully found 12-Point SignWorks. Rich totally got jazzed about the concept and took the design process to an entirely new level. There was never a time when he wasn't attuned and open to my minor changes and always responded with respect my subtle changes to the design. Several months ago, we began the seemingly daunting task of finding a company to get our first vehicle wrapped. I needed two signs for a bridal fair booth - they needed to look cool and sleek. I did my research and looked into several places to compare prices. Murray from 12-Point Signworks was wonderful. He seemed to "get" what I was going for and got excited about it. He helped me brainstorm ways to make it even better and cost-effective. I didn't feel like just another job - I could tell that he thought about my project long after the phone calls and emails. Buyers beware! Do not use this company! I purchased several yard signs from here and when I went to pick them up the frames were scratched up all over and missing the protective paint coating. They looked used! Or as they said, horribly mistreated during shipment. Murray came out to speak with me and try to sell me on the fact that no one would look at the frames because they were looking at the graphics and then tried to say that over time they would show wear and tear anyway. This whole excuse was just terrible. I didn't know what to do. I had already paid for them before I noticed the product. I felt completely taken advantage of. The receptionist was nice enough and said she would see if they could repaint them or do something helpful perhaps offer a price adjustment because I would have to put in some elbow grease. In the end- They did not offer any sort of restitution. Basically stood there and said that's how it was. Meanwhile trying to say they wanted me to be a happy customer. I will have to take home and sand and repaint the frames myself, especially if I want to protect them from rusting. I just don't feel good about buying a crap product but I didn't really have a choice because they said if I ordered new frames they would come in scratches as well and anywhere else would also have scratched frames. So I decided I would just take them and fix them up myself. Then while loading them into my car, he belittled me and tried to antagonize me by insisting to wrap each metal frame with paper, trying to say he just wanted to protect my trunk. But my trunk already had a sheet of thick paper protecting it. Maybe it's because I am a female customer, I'm not sure but it was a horrible pick up experience. read more

Fantastic people and fantastic work !! We own a food truck, and needed an honest opinion about wrapping versus logo application. They were honest, and told us that a logo being printed and secured on the truck would be the better option for us. We are very pleased with their work, and they are super fast, dependable, and they always answer the phone, and take care of your needs quickly !
