I had 3 estimates from other companies and not only did I like Trish the best but Ultra Patios estimate was the best price by far!! And I got more for my money meaning the Patio I ended up with was actually bigger than the other estimates and was insulated!!! Trish was so easy to work. We bounced off Ideas with each other and she and the Supervisor Adel worked with me all the way through the build process which resulted in a Patio way better than I imagined! And I have to give praise to the actual workers Edwin and Levi who were awesome to work with. Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected. Charlie helped me fill out my HOA application form and it went extremely smooth. He explained the entire process from HOA approval to permit and inspection and the time expected to finish the process. I was a little worried because they had to dig up some existing paver to set the posts and foundations, but after they were done it was as if the pavers were never distributed. Charlie and his crew did an awesome job cleaning up after as well. More than happy with Custom Outdoor Creations and would highly recommend them.

The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. The two technicians who came to install the shades was friendly and took their time to make sure shades work properly installed. Apollo prices are competitive and their products are of quality with other companies. What makes them our choice was the owners personal touch. "You Had One Job" department: I visited their showroom and ordered a single retractable screen for…read moremy back door. These are custom made, and they send email when it is built. It took them a week after the email arrived to contact me for an installation date & time.  1:00pm to 3:00pm Thursday, July 22nd. Had they arrived at 1:00 things would have been fine but a sudden thunderstorm at 2:00 (monsoon with 60MPH winds) caused them to cancel. Rescheduled for the next day, 11-noon to avoid any possible afternoon storm. Installer did not get here until 3:30.  He had called around 1:45 to let me know he had been sent to the other side of town with another assignment. The screen door was installed quickly, but it did not latch. He drilled some more holes for the magnet, and finally got it. It looked fine from inside the house. But the next morning when I was on my way out, I could not lock the door, and it took a contortionist move to reach behind the screen door handle and turn the door knob to get back inside. They installed the door backwards. (see photos) A phone call to their answering machine was not returned until Monday morning. They fixed the problem Monday afternoon, so 3 stars instead of just 1.
