While the shutters are awesome, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, 2 day shutters needs to be RENAMED to 10 MONTH SHUTTERS, ordered mine in October 2021, received final one in August 2022. Luanne rudely informed me They will NOT give any compensation for there error, not even an apology ! Window was measured twice by them, Two window shutters arrived that were incorrect size, they said they would get it them in the next shipment, once boat sailed shipment log corrected its self to show they where not on board, so had to wait again for the next boat to fill up, upon arrival second window shutter was still not correct, so it was reorder for a second time. If you need your shutters in a timely manner this is NOT the place to get them. read more

The first set of shutters I received were defective, by scratches and indented marks. Although it took eight months 2day shutters finally replaced them. The new shutters were better quality but the installation on one prevented the slats to open properly. Without assessing the problem Perry refused to replace or fix the problem. 2 stars for product - 1 star for customer treatment Woeful communication and after almost 4 months we are still waiting for our project to be completed. Do not use this company if you expect good customer service and any sort of effective communication. We ordered our shutters 4 months ago. During the sell we were happy/satisfied with the product (and we still are). They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but we liked their product. We changed our mind on color after we realized the salesman had not understood our intent. So we communicated this to the salesman as it was not yet in manufacturing, you would think we had asked for the moon on a stick. After a heated discussion he agreed it was possible to change. 6 weeks later the shutters were installed. Except one! They measured incorrectly and one blind does not fit - they admitted the error and said they would immediately order a new one. That was 2 months ago. They did fit the blind but it has a gaping hole at the top... Perry and Arnie do not answer our messages and it looks like we will have to pay another company to fix their problem. Great product let down by poor communication. If you need to be kept informed during your projects and expect problems to be effectively and efficiently addressed, do not use Onyx. read more

Shutters Vegas, formerly known as Onyx was a pleasure to do business with. Great quality product along with exceptional service from the owner, Perry. I spent a few weeks doing my research and called a number of the popular shutter companies in town. Each company came in at the same price or slightly higher for a lesser quality product. This company uses basswood, which is a better quality than polywood or vinyl and does well with the Las Vegas climate. When I bought my home it came with one existing shutter on the entry window. Perry offered to replace it at no extra charge so all the windows would look uniform. From the time I placed my order to the time it was installed was 7 weeks to the day. I was skeptical at first because this company doesn't have a very large portfolio and their website isn't the most professional looking comparatively. When the shutters arrived they looked better than I could've envisioned. This company has the potential to take over the Las Vegas shutter market. Love my new motorized roller shades that Arnie installed on my kitchen windows. I had a problem with the afternoon sun coming into the kitchen but now all I do is push a button on the remote and no more sun in my eyes.
