Filed a warranty claim for a $650 repair. Denied. Their general manager admitted in writing that they have no warranty documentation and prefer not to "nit pick" with contracts. Then used that lack of documentation to deny coverage. Their position: the warranty covers how things were installed, but not the materials their own crew selected and applied. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this professionally. They stopped responding entirely. The roof installation itself was fine. But their warranty is worthless -- and they've essentially said so themselves. If a roofing company won't stand behind a $650 repair on a $14,200 job within the warranty period, what exactly is the warranty for? Take your business elsewhere.

"It's a waste of his time to come out and write up an estimate, we're probably not going to use him anyway." He said it would probably take 2 hours to come out and measure then go back and write up an estimate. He's not interested in spending that time giving us an estimate unless he's getting paid for the time. WOW!!! Really??? I have no idea what their service is like but I think it's sketchy when giving estimates is a waste of time.
