I gave them every opportunity to resolve this professionally. They stopped responding entirely. The roof installation itself was fine. But their warranty is worthless -- and they've essentially said so themselves. If a roofing company won't stand behind a $650 repair on a $14,200 job within the warranty period, what exactly is the warranty for? Take your business elsewhere.
