He provided quick and honest service and gave a few tips on maintaining our older unit. We have used JonAire for our routine maintenance as well as emergency service and have had great experiences with reliable service each time. Pricing is reasonable and they offer military discount. The company also sends realtime text messages with updates and a photo of your technician so you are able to verify your tech when they arrive. Which is great, it allowed me time to secure my animals before his arrival.

Its 400pm and I called Jon aire, the receptionist was very professional and courteous and sent a tech over within an hour. Mike was very professional and didnt try to talk down to me as some have done in the past. He laid out our options and didnt rush our decision. The next day we had a brand new unit installed. And they didnt leave until everything was cleaned up and working correctly. Thanks to their wonderful install crew and Mike who returned for the inspection. With the payment plan its quite affordable

I wanted to ensure my review was still here because of how much i appreciated the kind gesture. Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. Todd was kind enough to provide his number on that forum and asked the guy to reach out to him to see how he could help. Todd was more than happy to assist me as well despite living miles away! I was truly taken back by his genuine kindness.

He worked with our crazy time schedule to get us exactly what we wanted and at a very affordable price. He and his crew went above and beyond when they installed the window treatments. Justin was extremely cooperative and very professional.

What I was charged was very reasonable, so when I needed prevention who else would I call? They came out a few days after I called, sprayed, educated me and told me what to expect. I had already set up maintenance on a monthly basis. Imagine my surprise when I walked out on my patio and found what I swept up the next day! Dead bugs are the best advertisement a pest control service can have, so here it is.....EMPLOY THEM!!! They are family owned, live in the community in which they service so they know about our weather, and the make up of our seasons! USE THEM!

I called Bugs Bennett to come out. The initial price was pretty high unless you have a spray monthly. I opted for the monthly. The first guy that came out really didn't spray much and was gone in 10 minutes. I called the office and they sent out another. He was somewhat better but very fast I guess he had a lot of customers to get to. It's been 3 times spraying and I still have bugs. It's very hard to get ahold of them. You get an answering machine and hope they will return the call. Service is not like it used to be. I'll be looking for another pest control

While they're not cheap they do provide a reasonable value for the money, plus they are super busy. They welded two Reese hitch mounts to the back of my fifth wheel camper for attachment of a device. Most of the work was done in the shop, prior to actual installation. Installation was finished within 45 minutes of backing up to their door. Very professional and fast job, highly pleased. The only issue I had was scheduling, but think that was a misunderstanding on my part. They had me bring in trailer on one day, I thought to do the welding. It was just to measure for parts and material. Then had to go back another day and get it welded. Think just a misunderstanding of the process from my point of view. They also didn't paint the bare metal, which is ok, just a small step to be done. Highly recommend this business. Quality work, quality people, extremely happy.
