I spoke to one agent, then made an appointment to have calls with others. The Cal Agents called me, and in less than a minute I realized it was someone from a Philippine call center. What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

Communication from management -- particularly when concerns are raised -- is condescending and hostile rather than helpful. Legitimate issues are met with blame, deflection, or silence. Written responses from management are curt, belittling, and framed to suggest residents are at fault for raising concerns at all. Requests involving safety, access, or common-area conditions were ignored for extended periods, while enforcement actions and fines were issued quickly and without meaningful opportunity to respond. Attempts to explain, provide documentation, or resolve issues cooperatively were dismissed outright. Rule enforcement is selective and punitive. Minor or disputed issues are aggressively pursued against certain residents, while similar violations by others go unaddressed. Responsibility is routinely shifted between management, the HOA, and unit owners to avoid taking action. When issues escalated, communication did not improve -- it stopped. Residents are left feeling talked down to, disregarded, and pressured rather than supported. What is most concerning is how closely this experience matches years of public reviews describing the same behavior: rude communication, refusal to engage professionally, selective enforcement, and a pattern of wearing residents down instead of addressing problems. This is not poor customer service. It is a systemic approach that treats residents as nuisances rather than people. Anyone considering living in a community managed by this company should read the reviews carefully and document everything.

    This review is based on the lack of professionalism indicated by Rob Baldwin. My fiancé and I were…read moreinterested in renting a home that had a sign out with Rob's info so we contacted him right away. He met with us the next morning to show us the home but we felt completely rushed since the walk through lasted less than 10 mins. We immediately paid cash to be able to fill out applications and turned in all required documents that were required. We really wanted to be able to move in by August 1st so we went home right after our meeting to collect all the documents Rob asked for. I tried getting in contact with Rob twice after not hearing back from him but was ignored. He took our deposit fee and did not run our credit reports. My fiancé and I have PERFECT Rental history, credit, job history, etc. We also provided Rob with two years worth of tax returns, current bank amounts, and bank deposit statements which all exceeded Rob's requirements. Since our reports were not ran, I asked for our money to be returned. Of course, no response from Rob. My agent was able to get in contact with him and was told that Rob chose another applicant to rent the home to. His decision was made even before checking our credit so he did not even consider renting to us and took our money knowing that he would not chose to rent the home to us. He was completely unprofessional by rushing us the day he showed us the house and by not getting back to us to let us know if we had been chosen or not. What's even more unprofessional is that he took our money knowing he would not lease to my fiancé and I. He has not returned our money and has not responded to texts and emails where we nicely ask for our money to be returned. I would NEVER do business with this man or this company. There are no excuses for the way Rob conducts himself as a "realtor".
