When I heired Renee, I was surprised to learn so much about selling and buying homes such as the benefits of fixing or repairing some parts and some to leave alone. Renee had hired cleaners, roof inspector, electric contractor, termite inspector and more in the first few days. When it was time to get papers signed using Docusign and I had questions, I called Renee's team and my questions were answered immediately. There weren't many showings as our home was sold. I certainly would hirer Renee and team again to sell or buy for our family in a minute. Thank you, Renee, and team. Barry

"Amazing" would be an understatement for Maichee and Renee…read more First off, Maichee, who was our buyer's realtor. She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

Contra Costa Property Management - Paul helped with getting our home ready for our new renters.

We originally tried…read moremanaging our rental ourselves from out of the area, but it quickly became more difficult than we expected. Paul stepped in and has been managing the property for about a year and a half. He's been great to work with--responsive, professional, and always willing to answer our questions and help us understand our options. We ended up dealing with a pretty difficult tenant situation, and Paul did a great job staying on top of everything and guiding us through the process. Having Paul manage the property has made things much easier and given us a lot of peace of mind. We really appreciate everything he's done for us and would definitely recommend him to other property owners.

The last company assigned us a property manager who was unresponsive, lazy and incompetent. After contacting multiple property management companies around the contra costa area and interviewing a few of them, my family decided to hire Paul to manage our family rental moving forward. He has been managing the rental since mid September. I've interacted with him multiple times throughout the past 3 months and he has been very efficient and responsive. Communication through email does sometimes take a little longer for a reply but communication via text has been pretty instantaneous. Whenever I needed to get a hold of Paul via cell phone and I leave a voice message, he does reply very promptly. Please do keep in mind that CCPM is a small business and Paul does everything on his own so expectations of getting a response in 5 minutes is unrealistic. Compared to the responsiveness of the previous company my family used, Paul's communication has been great so far and I hope he will keep up the good work. CCPM's monthly management fees are very reasonable especially in the Bay Area where the cost of living is relatively high. With that in mind, the contract provided by CCPM is very detailed in listing all the fees that will be expected if additional requests such as annual inspections is requested by the landlord. I've interviewed a good amount of property management companies prior to selecting CCPM so I definitely can say that his fees (relative to the amount of service he provided) are very affordable and landlord friendly. The owner's portal is also user friendly and his monthly disbursement day is one of the best I've seen after talking to multiple property management companies. Overall, Paul is a very genuine and reliable property manager and even though we live in a world where no one is perfect, I can see him always striving to be the best for his clients. If you are looking for a property management company who can deliver very personable service, I highly recommend CCPM. I look forward to working alongside Paul as a team to manage my family's rental property. An update of our experience will be provided after our one year anniversary is up with CCPM.

We called and followed up several times but never received a return call. After getting nowhere, we finally gave up and hired another property management company. That turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The new company immediately got involved, coordinated the remodel, and ultimately rented the house for nearly twice what Stokley had told us they could rent it for. Ironically, after we had already hired someone else and were well into the remodel, Stokley finally sent a contractor out to look at the property--but by then it was far too late. When you're dealing with an elderly parent's home, you need a company that communicates, follows through, and does what they say they're going to do. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Stokley Properties. I would not recommend them based on our experience.
