I called Rick back on another occasion because my A/C stopped working( of course on the hottest day). My energy company came out and told me it was fried and would need a new outside unit for 3,000 or for just a few thousand more I could get the whole kit and kaboodle. Rick was quick to come out to give me a second oppinion. Rick put in a used capacitor he had laying around and viola, the a/c came alive. He didn't even wasn't too charge me,but I insisted. Rick saved me thousands that day and i won't forget it. I told my energy company about what Rick did for me and they said it was just a bandaid. It has been almost a year and still going strong. Moral of the story, Rick is an honest trustworthy contractor that I will continue to use as my go to for all my home improvements. Its very hard to find people like Rick nowadays. Oh, and I no longer use that energy company.

We have issues with the poor quality of work offered by Ben, the owner. We paid 10k for a front…read morewalkway, stairs, and porch last summer. Within 3 weeks of project completion bricks from the stairs became loose causing a severe tripping and fall hazard. Over the last 10 months an even more serious problem has developed. The stairs have sunk approximately a quarter inch indicating that the base layers were improperly installed. The pavers that straddle the border between the porch and the stairs teeter and wobble because of the quarter inch difference in height, posing yet another tripping hazard. Ben would continually promise to come out and fix the problems but then never follow through. He has now stopped replying to us altogether. Ben's quality of work is poor and he is a liar. He's the type of person who gives contractors a bad name.

We contracted Lavender's Hardscape last year to create us a backyard oasis (their words) and it has…read morebeen a backyard nightmare for us. Has not taken responsibility for his improper applications of the base, polysand and sealer. He stated he has done nothing wrong & would not redo what was installed incorrectly. We have been left to talk to product manufacturers, local vendors he uses & other contractors to find out how to redo our patio we paid A-LOT of money for and finding out too that we didn't even get the right pavers we chose. He also mixed a few different colored pavers in when he broke some & now they stick out like sore thumbs which we will be replacing, again on our own dime. My husband & I have had to remove all the sand, hand scrub each of the smaller blocks, and remove all the sealer from each paver this spring & summer, spending a lot of time & extra money to fix what should have been done right the first time. We are still working on it as you can see in the pics. I requested our photo be removed from his FB page & he ignored the request as well as he has ignored us asking for the light box warranty since that also went out shortly after install. Very unprofessional, blames others & does not care for his customers. We are not complainers and were very patient with Ben but his lack of taking responsibility has left us to spend our time & more money on what we trusted him to do. Just don't want this to happen to others. I could only upload 10 pictures of what our patio looked like with the holes in the sand, white film on the pavers from sealer left on it, as well as cracking in the sand. Was like they were not even at the house. What messes or mistakes they made they corrected once they were able to. Hard for me to go into the gorgeous room they built for my my family because it's more like a bank than it is a home. So perfect and clean I can't put it into words. Their only goal is to make you happy and thats what they did here. The only complaint I have would be time lines. If you don't give them one you will be happy. Nothing and I mean rarely ever is done within the time you or any expects. These workers are at the mercy of the places some of the materials are ordered from or bought from. That can be a set back their work and how hard they work have nothing to do with it. Or the weather. It's a two way street check your local weather before you let anyone work on your home weather can also pause things. Agin the only thing that made this project challenging for this crew is weather manufacturers flaws in their products and a unnecessary time frame. These are good ole people we are talking about here. They are at your home to work not judge. Anything in their power to help you with they will. Sadly in this situation their is not a maximum effort tab to press for this amazing, affordable, company. My children got so excited when they saw them in the house all they said was Hiiiiii.

The contractor we had originally hired to rebuild our retaining wall in front of our house had only…read morepartially excavated the job site, and then disappeared with our money and never returned to finish the work. So, we started hunting for someone new to build the wall, and eventually settled on Garden Creations in Red Lion. We chose them partially due to their pricing, but also because of their location, how quickly they were able to quote the job, and the fact that they provided a proper written contract before starting work. They were very professional. They kept the job site clean/protected, they were true to their word and showed up on time every day and worked full days to get the job done quickly, and they even went a step further than they needed to, and cleaned out all the weeds and poison that had grown in the mulch around the wall (it had gotten really bad since it had been almost 6 months since the original contractor disappeared). They smelled of alcohol day 6 when they were working. they never finished the floor. They told me they were getting caulk and got in the van and left without telling me they were leaving or not completing the job. the dad rob can't even text a sentence.
