So, they had the installer bring his wife to satisfy me. This gal did not have the strength ...but, did the best she could. I was told by Wicker they generally only sent one installer. I was told, "well, he uses sliders and he generally figures it out". Wicker, your attention to detail and concerns was sadly underwhelming!
