The service provided by Jake is next to no other. Jake was informational, educational, and beyond professional. Short story short I just recently purchased a home so naturally I reached out to Jake to inquire about replacing the door knob's and deadbolts to all the doors in my home. He was able to come out the day I called him! He showed me the flaws and issues with my current door knob and deadbolt locks. He also went above and beyond to replace everything in a timely manner. He is a straight shooter and will give you his honest professional opinion. I chose to go with Jake because his ratings and reviews were amazing and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Jake! Give him a call and give him your business!!!!! read more

No one would answer my call. I called Jake Bahn. He answered my call quickly and drive AN HOUR to get to me to help. He was kind..arrived earlier than he said he would..and I made my flight!!! He didnt even charge me an arm and a leg. A super reasonable price for a very long trip to save me. Thank you Jake for being there...for answering your phone at 5:30 in the morning..and for expert service. Best experience ever. Had you not helped I wouldnt be able to get home today!!! To simply say that jake is a master at his work is just not enough. I've just recently started to get my nose into the mechanics world, and I've been around and have seen the kind of people that just want your money and then not to see you again till you call about paying them more. Jake is nothing like that he is a man of morals and his number one goal is to make your day better every second hes helping you. He is a genius and master at his Job. We need more people like him, just the best outgoing and caring man! 5 star all the way!!!!! read more

In showed up at the exact time he said he would. He was very nice and courteous. The best part of service is his dependable. We call around 8:30 PM after calling every locksmith listed in the city. He was the only one to answer. I'm writing this review over an hour after he left and none of the other local locksmiths that I contacted and left messages for has called me back. There prices were cheaper but it doesn't matter while your clocked out with your two year old. read more

I accidentally locked myself out of the house I was watching for my neighbors on the first day (how embarrassing...) of being there. Jake responded promptly and sent a guy from York to where I was in Lancaster. He was very friendly and had me back in the home within 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend calling Jake Bahn's if you are ever in need of a locksmith, they're excellent! read more

Prompt, friendly, and quick. They got right to work on my car as soon as they arrived and really took their time to do things right. Couldn't ask for better service. They are worth the price, especially if you don't have experience with a locksmith. (This was my first time needing to call a locksmith) read more

Jake came out to our house, made spare keys and fobs for our truck and our van. Also looked at the tailgate lock on our truck for no charge. Very reasonably priced as he did everything at our house for less than the local dealer was going to charge us for just the van key and fob. Highly recommend! read more
