We met Alonzo a few years back at the pomona fairplex, while selling his product.We ended up paying $20,0000 for this mess! We tried over & over to get our calls returned, to no avail ignored. He called back one time & said $17,000 to bust it all up and do over! This man is nothing but a scam artist! He knows his product is bad and is still out there selling it to his next victim. He has the audacity to still have pics of my home on his website like he did a great job. We are miserable how he left our home. As of yesterday, I have sought legal counsel to go after this man.

I located Alonzo Decking on Yelp, and they responded for an estimate. After getting the estimate, my friend hired them. The job was around 2000 square feet and included a two-toned pebble overlay. The work was professional, efficient, and the final product looked amazing. Alonzo Decking did a really great job. It looks even more like a resort now. Here's the problem: I have reached out to Alonzo Decking several times, but they either do not respond or the mailbox is full. I hope they are okay. If they ever call me back, I look forward to doing some work at my own residence.

His experience and know-how contributed to the success. He's a really good designer so if you hire him, don't be afraid to tap this skill. On the installation day, his guys arrived on time and ready to work. I was expecting a full week and they got it all done in about 2.5 days. Often times you get the loud workers with music (which is not a bad thing) and banter etc. again which is not bad but for a business. For rental repairs. For the people that work from home. The quiet type of work goes a long way. Hector is beyond professional and courteous and addresses your concerns. Often times you receive push back from workers based on any of your concerns. Not with Hector. He hears you out and works to find a common ground. You won't go with them. So far, no complaints. The quality appears solid. I'm sure if there are any issues Hector would address because he very approachable and easy to talk to. We will definitely be using this company again in the future. I'm sure this will not be the last time.
