I called a few different places for help and thankfully Aaron was one of the first to respond to me. He quickly communicated via text and came out soon and gave me a very reasonable price quote lower than the other place, and it was clear he knew what he was doing. Not only did we get back up and running much faster than I expected, but Aaron came up with a very creative solution to a particularly challenging clogged shower that didn't entail major invasive work and saved me more time and money. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.

One guy stopped by and let me know the job would take a minimum of three hours and cost me $550. I called Robert Carter, and he drove up to my house from Spanish Fork (I live in Draper) within an hour. Stopped by, took a look at the issues, went to buy supplies, and within an hour and a half, he was completely done. Super friendly guy. He's a master plumber, licensed and bonded, and the quality of his work was really impressive. Oh, and did I mention cost yet? Well, let's just say he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Several times he mentioned that he "couldn't sleep at night" if he charged people what the larger companies charge. If you are in need of an honest plumber who does high-quality work, but at a fraction of the price, this is your guy.
