One guy stopped by and let me know the job would take a minimum of three hours and cost me $550. I called Robert Carter, and he drove up to my house from Spanish Fork (I live in Draper) within an hour. Stopped by, took a look at the issues, went to buy supplies, and within an hour and a half, he was completely done. Super friendly guy. He's a master plumber, licensed and bonded, and the quality of his work was really impressive. Oh, and did I mention cost yet? Well, let's just say he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Several times he mentioned that he "couldn't sleep at night" if he charged people what the larger companies charge. If you are in need of an honest plumber who does high-quality work, but at a fraction of the price, this is your guy.

Just a heads up this company has 1 maybe more bad techs . Had the company come out to give me an…read moreidea of my issues and the cost to fix . The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.

We had a terrible experience with "Expert" Services and I would never use them again or recommend…read morethem to anyone. The service person was not honest. He told us the furnace was putting out extremely high levels of carbon monoxide and that we needed to replace our furnace immediately. He quoted me $5,000. I told him I was going to get a second opinion. We had another service provider over that afternoon and they said they did not detect any carbon monoxide and that it was perfectly safe. I'm certain that if they tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace by stating it was unsafe due to carbon monoxide that they have used this same tactic on others and will likely do it again. If I could give them ZERO starts then I would.
