This was his second visit to our home. The first time he helped us with our ice machine that caused a flood all over our kitchen. He found the issue right away and made the repair. The second time he came, he helped us change the filters on our RO system. It's now running like a dream! His pricing is fair, and he's an all-around nice guy. It's so nice to have a local plumber you can count on. I highly recommend Rob for your plumbing needs.

But here's a suggestion: don't agree to do a job provide a proposal by a date certain and then just ignore two or three follow up emails as a potential customer's time runs out. Pretty simple. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

I want to start by saying that the reason I'm leaving this review is because of Mike. He was…read moreabsolutely wonderful! I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and was initially quoted approximately $1,000 for the service call and to have my drain snaked. Unfortunately, that was more than I could afford, and I let Mike know right away. I understood there was an additional charge for weekend service, so I was willing to wait until Monday, which would have saved me $350. But Mike wasn't ready to give up on the situation just yet. This is where Mike really stood out. Rather than just walking away or insisting on the more expensive service, he took the time to assess the situation and try another approach. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Not only did he resolve the issue without needing to snake the drain, but he also managed to keep the cost within my budget. Mike turned what could have been a very stressful and expensive situation into a much better experience. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to find another solution made all the difference. I truly appreciate his help, and he deserves to be recognized for it. Thank you, Mike!

I am in the process of recovering from surgery, and my kitchen garbage disposal decided to give up…read morethe ghost, and start leaking everywhere under my sink. Normally, I would have fixed it myself, but was too weak to do so. I got on NextDoor, and someone was inquiring about plumbers, and William Archer and Sons were recommended several times. I took the chance and called them. This was on Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, Chris and Alex were at my door to fix the issue. They were quiet, clean with the repair, and had a disposal unit on their truck, so I did not have to go out and shop for one. I took advantage of that, and within two hours of their arrival, leaks and a broken unit were a thing of the past. I paid a bit extra of course as it was an emergency call and bought their unit (a well known brand) but I have solid peace of mind. Thank you guys!

Tony, the plumber, was absolutely excellent--knowledgeable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. Our project was fairly complicated and required several return visits, particularly to accommodate the inspection process. Throughout it all, the team remained professional, patient, and committed to making sure everything was completed properly. They went above and beyond, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I actually went through an extensive bidding process before selecting this company, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them without hesitation. A truly great company with excellent customer service and workmanship. I will absolutely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy plumbing company!
